Good value, good not too small rooms and great service. Lots of Chinese tour groups possibly worsen the experience. On the wrong side of the road if you want to go to Suvarnabhumi airport, in the rush hours the trip will take 20 minutes longer than from opposite side of the road. All in all I still recommend it!

He told us 400 and asked us directly for money.The driver will jump on the meter for 179 yuan (including highway tolls)It’s not possible to call a taxi in a remote place. Isn’t it right to call yourself a five-star hotel?Won't go again

The room is so pretty! You can see the city view from it. The only downside is the location. It is not so easy to see since it was inside the corner. It's far from tourist destinations and shopping malls. They have a good breakfast though.

Just checked in and of course the SoCal girl attitude in me came out when the bellboy corrected my teen daughter for not sitting up properly, on top of that he continued to keep his eyes on my daughter to make sure she didn’t misbehave. Checked in the rooms, one is not ready and the other is hot as purgatory. I tried to play with the thermostat and of course the bellboy told me to not touch; that’s it, the 1% human replaced the 99% angel in me and I’m about to check out. The receptionist handled it with great care. He calmed me down and corrected the issue without worrying about who is right and who is wrong. That’s impressive considering my ready to fight attitude.The pool area was not ready as there is no clean towels and only dirty one left hanging around however it was immediately corrected when husband called for it.Let’s see if they can earn my 1 last star as this is my first day. I just left a beautiful 4 stars hotel in Da Nang, Vietnam with a 10 stars service. Let’s hope this one can match.

The hotel is clean. We took a suite overlooking the city. It is very beautiful and the view is stunning. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.His problem is that he is far from the centerThey brought breakfast to our room as we requestedTheir food is not halal, so we ordered eggs, toast, and croissants

The hotel, to be honest, is very beautiful and suitable for large families, even for a very excellent price. I took a room with a lounge and a more than wonderful view of the city. Their breakfast is quite good, only water and eggs and fruits are the best... There is one drawback to the place: it is approximately 30 minutes away from the malls and Arab Street.

The sound insulation of the door is poor, and the light from the corridor still penetrates. There were still guests checking in at 11pm, and someone checked out at around 5am. It was obvious that conversations in the corridor could be heard in the room, making it not suitable for rest.

By chance, I stayed in this hotel for two nights with a group.I don’t think it’s as embarrassing as the reviews sayThe hotel facilities are complete and new, clean and tidy, the beds are very soft, and the TV also comes with Netflix, YouTube and more!Although there are indeed not that many stores around the hotel (but the nearest 7-11 only takes about 6-7 minutes to walk)Breakfast was average. Stayed for two nights and overall it was great.If I have the opportunity to come to Thailand next time, I will still consider this hotel!
