We were upgraded to a bungalow with its own pool! Beautifully presented lovely gardens and a short stroll to the Tik restaurant. Absolutely fantastic! Do yourself a favour and book it now.

Second stay for us at the Khao Lak Exotic Boutique Hotel in a villa with private pool.Joe, his son Jake (our hosts) as well as all the staff (Nang, Tik, Djep, To) are remarkably kind, helpful and efficient.Slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Khao Lak and its large hotel complexes, this small boutique hotel on a human scale immerses you directly in a lush and green setting.The villas with private pool are just great, very well equipped and arranged with great taste.The place simply inspires great serenity.Don't hesitate to call on Jake for your getaways and excursions in French, he gives very good advice!We recommend this magnificent little paradise, go there with your eyes closed.

What a wonderful hotel!To stay there is to want to stay there.Everything is beautiful ! The exteriors, the tastefully decorated rooms, the privacy, the cleanliness,...I stayed twice in a private pool bungalow. I loved it both times.The staff is so nice, it's a pleasure to meet them. And then there are the 3 cats who top it all off. As an animal lover, their cuddles completely seduced me. My tears flow every time I have to leave this paradise. We feel really good there.The location is, in my opinion, the best location in Khao Lak. Close to everything with a scooter and at the same time far enough to enjoy the magnificent corners in complete privacy. I don't like crowded places and I find what I like there. I sincerely recommend the Khao Lak exotic boutique Hotel!

Absolutely perfect for us. The size of the rooms is optimal, the pool we had almost to ourselves. Price/performance is definitely right here. If you come here, you should know that you are very limited without a wheeled vehicle because the hotel is out of the way. You can even hear the monkeys.

This is a jewel in a small village.We had a small villa with its own small pool infront of the bedroom. Beautifully decorated interior, and a lovely pool in a walled garden guarentees total privacy.Very well managed property and very well kept clean rooms.I have awarded 5 stars for the location because it was very quiet and near to the hillside jungle. Being lovers of nature, this was perfect for us.No food is served on site, but 3 fantastic restaurants are within a 3 to 5 minute walk. Das Meer, Tik (serves breakfast too) and Laulou (hidden next to the Thai boxing).

It was pure disaster. Never this accommodation again. I was there from the end of January 2024 to mid-February 2024. The owner Jo wasn't available, only his son Jack was there. I didn't get the bungalow I had reserved. He wanted to sell me an old and outdated bungalow for the same price. After a long discussion, he even threatened to be kicked out. In addition, the bungalow had no safe and no WiFi in the bungalow. The air conditioning failed on the second day, and after a few days the ceiling fan in the bedroom also failed. The shower had no hot water. All complaints were unsuccessful. Thailand is such a beautiful country and the people are always very friendly and extremely helpful. I can only advise against this accommodation.

Superb stay at Exotic boutique Hotel, quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of Khao Lak, when you see the huge resorts, my god! Yuck, I prefer this little haven of peace a thousand times, spacious and well-equipped accommodation, with private swimming pool, all overlooking magnificent nature, everything was perfect!!! We will also miss our loyal cat friends 🐱!! 👍🇹🇭🙏👌

Bungalow was awarded twice. We actually had a new, high-quality bungalow, like we booked last year, and then ended up in a flophouse - after several stays in the last few years. The price should be the same as for the high quality bungalow. Of course, over the years I knew about the different bungalows and complained. The unfriendly announcement came from Jo's son - he was supposedly not there himself - we can stay 3 days for free and look for something else during that time, we had booked 20 days! or stay in this bungalow. The boss even drove past us on his motorcycle, but didn't show up until we moved out and there hasn't been an apology to date. What incredible behavior! There was no working air conditioning in the room, the fan was also broken, which made it unbearable in the room because of the large glass front. Safe broken and constantly cold water in the shower. WiFi only works outside.

Beautiful, small, cozy bungalow complex. We were given a very hospitable welcome and they even organized scooters for us to rent. Top! You need the scooter if you want to go to all the beautiful beaches in Khao Lak. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The pool in the middle of the complex with all the tropical plants and trees all around was also fantastic! There are also two good restaurants in the immediate vicinity.Conclusion: Recommended :)

We stayed in this small, beautiful complex for 14 days in February 2024. This consists of several (9?) small bungalows. Some of them even have their own small pool. 3 bungalows and the apartment we lived in have a communal pool with loungers and parasols. The complex is embedded in a fantastic tropical paradise with many plants.Nearby, about a 4-minute walk, you will find 3 nice restaurants and a scooter rental station (at the Thai boxing school). A scooter is necessary because the path to the beaches is too far to walk. The scooter will take you there within 10 minutes.The owner Jo is always approachable and very nice. A big compliment also goes to the lovely staff who cleaned the rooms to perfection every day.We give an absolute recommendation.

We stayed in villa number 3 with private pool for 7 nights (December 2023) We simply loved our stay here. The villa is spacious, very clean, very well decorated and modern. The villa is well equipped and you can cook there. The terrace with the swimming pool is absolutely perfect! We had visits from squirrels, birds and even fireflies ✨ the owner is very friendly/accommodating. He speaks French and can also organize various excursions and/or transport. The employees are extremely kind. We loved the location which is very quiet and relaxing! The ideal is to get around by scooter but there are also some restaurants and grocery stores where you can go on foot. We recommend with your eyes closed!!

We chose the small hotel with only 12 rooms through booking com and went there spontaneously. It's a little further from the beach, but no problem with a car or scooter. Very quiet and the room is just wow. It is the most beautiful hotel of our vacation and we have stayed in a total of 8. Super nice staff. Small pool, very familiar and really not expensive. 1800 Bht per night. There is no breakfast, but there is a restaurant 150 m away that offers breakfast.Our first choice should we be in Khaolak again.

Superb experience.We rented a villa with a swimming pool with my girlfriend.The place is magnificent. The villa is located in the middle of a green space filled with well-kept trees and plants.We were almost the only ones in the complex for a week and a half.The service was great, Jo and her son Jake took great care of us.I recommend with your eyes closed.
