I had a relaxing time for a week. There was a long swimming pool where I could exercise, and they always provided assistance for my convenience. They were friendly and communicative, and the price was reasonable.

We booked and prepaid a taxi to phuket airport from this place. The taxi was booked for 6.30 at our hotel. At 7.00am we had to take and Pay for another taxi as the taxi we had preordered and prepaid never showed up. So watch out for this place as they scam you for money.We were almost late for out flight due to this. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Watch out

We booked a superior room with a balcony and got a converted storage room in the basement. A concrete bed with a futon cover that is accessible from only one side. The cushions are likely to be filled with lean concrete.Instead of a balcony, a stool on the way to the bungalows and the swimming pool.The air conditioning was available but only worked binary.

Nice place, with swimming pool. Close to the beach. Unfortunately, the service is very disappointing.The room is not cleaned. No water, water turned off during the day.Disappointing.

A good choice for this low price. What do you want?You should think about that beforehand. There is a fridge, kettle and coffee packs, air conditioning and tiled bathroom. Fresh towels, toilet paper and the bed are cleaned every day.The bed is quite hard though, it takes time to get used to it.The pool is a good size and there are enough loungers.You shouldn't be bothered by what's around it. Then you are wrong here.If you just want to come here to sleep, have a quick breakfast and then explore everything, this is the right place for you.A good choice for little money.

A great choice for the price. We were in a bungalow next to the pool. The hotel is in a good location and the staff is helpful and the owner is very friendly. Spacious and OK. the restaurant can also be found right next door.

Quiet little hotel, very cheap.With a nice big pool. The beach is also a five-minute walk away. A few things could be improved, the faucet is out of place in our room.The mattresses are really hard. With an extra bed, we can fit a little tight. Perfect for two people.The view from the terrace to the mountain is great.

Very clean and lovely staff. Very long pool. Not much in the way of facilities but right in the heart of things with cafes and shops, massage, tailors, etc. Yet it is quiet. And cheap. Go for the deluxe poolside or pool view rooms not the bungalows as these are a bit dated.

The rooms are very large and clean, the pillows are comfortable.Regarding the location, the hotel is on the edge of the main axis of Khao Lak, but the rooms are quiet.We were greeted by a very welcoming gentleman, we had a hot water problem, he intervened immediatelyI recommend this hotel, very good value for money

We stayed there two weeks during off season.Cheap and clean.Had a room in the newer building behind the bungalows.Daily service.Huge pool.There is a path from the back directly to the beach - five minutes.7/11, restaurants, bars, shops - everything in walking distance.Cheap scooters and tickets for onward travel as well.There lives a huge lizard under the bungalows which isn't very shy at all.Best place in Khao Lak.

The rooms are clean, the service is very good. We stayed for 3 days. There are staff who come in to clean for us. There is a swimming pool, cheap price, good location, close to the market, can easily walk and find things to buy.

Very clean bungalow with a kettle, always coffee. every day and 2 bottles of water... every day room clean and fresh bath towels everything really so fresh clean and good... air conditioning top... bed cover so clean and fresh.. enough storage space. .Terrace for breakfast..everything is central and to the beach...such nice operators, very nice...staff super friendly and clean thoroughly..we extended twice..nothing bothered us..it was a quiet area..pool was also clean and beautiful ..didn't use it because there are such wonderful beaches all around...we felt so comfortable ..and will be back... Thank you ..

Very good hotel value for money. I give it 5 stars, but the hotel also has a few disadvantages, which I will start with:- hard mattress,- low water pressure in the shower (I don't know about other rooms, it was like that on the first floor),- no shelves in the room, only hangers- there is some strange cat breeding facility on the hotel premises, probably legal in Thailand, but unethical from the point of view of a European tourist. Cats stay crammed in a cage all day, they meow all the time, and when the wind blows, the cage stinks. It's sad to see. It may be difficult for a person who is sensitive to animal harm. I don't know anything about cat breeding, maybe it looks standard, but if so, it's not pleasing to the eye.However, the hotel has many advantages:+ Price (but it can always change),+ nice service (standard in Thailand),+ Great long swimming pool, I estimate about 25 meters long. You can swim.+ Close to the beach. A few minutes walk.+ Hotel on the main street. However, it is arranged in such a way that no noise can be heard from it.+ Rooms with direct access to the swimming pool are a really great attraction at this price (I was in another one)- daily room cleaning and free water.Despite the disadvantages, it gives five stars, but as I mentioned in the disadvantages, this cat breeding spoils the overall impression of the hotel.

We stayed in a Bungalow in Khaolak at the C-noir hotel. Do not reserve the Bungalow, invasion of ants in the Bungalow. And for the price it's a shame. If you go to this hotel take the rooms on the luxury floors. …
