Very impressed. The room was clean. The staff were all very nice. There was one welcome drink for each person. The staff helped carry the luggage to the room. The most impressive thing was the breakfast restaurant. The staff in the restaurant are very cute and speak sweetly. The chef who made the eggs menu made them and then served them to the table. Overall, the service here is very good. The only downside is that there are still quite a few options for breakfast. But everything is considered OK.

Very nice facility, room schooling pretty old school from all the drains it smells like a sewer. Dad's breakfast is substandard, 0 choice of room, the same sausage, cheese and egg, after 3 days I had breakfast outside

Next to the main road, the receptionist, bell boy, housekeeper, and breakfast restaurant staff and employees are friendly, polite, smiling and greeting. / As for the hotel, I really like the trees and green lawns, which are pleasing to the eyes. There are 2 swimming pools (but it rains all the time and the pool is not used). The rooms and building are well designed and not crowded. Open and airy, the rooms are clean, the air conditioning is nice, the bed is comfortable, not too hard, not too soft, the pillows are comfortable, the blankets are thick and warm. Went for the first time and was impressed. Definitely have to go back to stay again. 27/08/67

The room is in good condition. The staff recommended it very well. You can walk past another school and walk on the beach. Suitable for organizing seminars

The welcome at check-in went very well. We were served delicious cold tea and towels and some of our luggage was carried for us.We found the hotel complex to be okay - quite large, two nice pools, lots of plants. The breakfast was mediocre. Pancakes, for example, should be served every day if three different dishes with eggs are available every day. Fruit salad is always sold out quite early. So if you prefer savory we are reasonably happy, if you like sweet and fruity you have no choice.However, the breakfast staff was extremely friendly and attentive.The room was run down, the laminate had “gaps” because it wasn’t installed correctly and so you had to be careful not to get stuck on it.The room was full of mosquitoes. Min. 20 when we checked into the room. The cleaning staff kept bringing in new ones.The mattress was the worst. Completely worn out.From the hotel you can walk to a beach with lots of jellyfish. The beach is nice for walks, but absolutely unsuitable for swimming.Khao Lak itself is not beautiful. You can book many expensive tours from there.We do not recommend the hotel or the location of Khao Lak in general.
