Excellent hotel, good service, during the rainy season there are very few tourists here, so the holiday was very quiet and peaceful :) but I didn’t like the quality of the washing, several times I found stains on the linen and towelsThe room is very large, beautiful interior, the air conditioner is a little noisy, from the fauna I was regularly visited by geckos (they crawled into the crack under the door), ants and mosquitoes, but there’s nothing wrong with that, in factI can’t rate the beach, almost the entire vacation there was a red flag at sea, I used the main pool - on sunny days everything is fine, on rainy days the water is cold and does not have time to warm upI definitely didn’t like the breakfast: poor choice, food and coffee tasted unpleasant, especially since there are several really good places near the hotel where you can have breakfast and don’t have to adjust to working hours)The hotel overall left a pleasant impression, I can recommend it for visiting 😊

A hotel that is getting old, but has great charm. The garden villas are highly recommended. Especially in the off-season you have peace and quiet because there aren't that many guests. The garden is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The location is great. You can reach many shops and restaurants in just a few minutes. The only thing we would criticize here is the breakfast. Very monotonous with really bad coffee. There is still room for improvement. We really enjoyed our vacation there.

We spent a lovely family holiday here. The complex is very nice, the sandy beach starts right next to the complex, but there are much nicer ones in the area. There are shops, bars and restaurants directly in front of the complex and the large market in the immediate vicinity. Breakfast is enough in the hotel, dinner is better outside.

We rested in July 2024, low season, few people, we were just like kings. The staff is very polite and friendly, the room is completely cleaned every day, linen, towels, and consumables are changed. Territory 10/10, it just doesn't get better. The pools are clean, the area is cleaned every day. There is a restaurant and a private beach 2 minutes away, and there are also swimming pools. Very tasty food, had breakfast and dinner on the seashore.The only negative is the high humidity, but this is the case everywhere in Kaolak.This hotel is definitely 5*. Quiet, cozy place, we'll come back again. Now we are relaxing in Phuket - the atmosphere of a sanatorium in Gelendzhik.If you go to Tai - only to Kaolak, the nature around is very picturesque: waterfalls, elephants.

What a disappointing stay we had at this hotel, so much that we ended up leaving and went to another hotel nearby as we really liked the location. We arrived and went into our room, the smell was unbearable, musty and very stale, stank of very bad body odour and urine. The bed linen was meant to be white and it was grey in colour and had a urine smell. We eneded up changing rooms, although the new room was still very musty and stale. No hot water at all during the entire stay the staff didnt believe us and kept coming into our rooms to check, surprise no hot water. We spoke to the reception staff numerous times about the issues with the rooms and they just strugged at us, particularly the elderly man who checked us in late and who did the late and early shift. He was rude, unhelpful and didnt care about our concerns. It is a real shame, as it is a beautiful hotel, great pools, lovely gardens and beach frontage. But with the musty stale rooms, together with the attitude of the reception staff, this hotel is one I do not recommend to stay at and I will never stay there again.
