This Hotel is sublime, we are currently there room 512 and 511... everything is perfect, the location, the hotel, the restaurant and the swimming pool... Thanks to SHANE and SA who take great care of the customers and are super kind, always smiling. At the restaurant, we greatly appreciated the singer who amazed us with her acoustic guitar.They are always on top as well as the entire restaurant team.At the reception, the whole team takes great care and they do everything to ensure that our stay which is ending is perfect until the last minute...Thank you again to all.Congratulations!!!Thanks a lotPhilippe,peggy,camille

Came to a seminar at outrigger khaolak hotel for the first time. All the staff were very nice. From the receptionist, Khun A, Khun Pla, Khun Pim, Khun Poppy, Khun Mew, Khun Natty, and at night there is karaoke dinner. The DJ team is very good. Especially Khun Krung Play music as requested. We had a lot of fun. There is definitely a chance to come back again,,

Came to host a retirement party for the director. The atmosphere was very good, the rooms were clean, the food was delicious, the staff were friendly and looked after very well.

Came for the first time and was very impressed. The hotel is clean, the rooms are very spacious. Suitable for relaxing. The brothers and sisters of the employees are all lovely. Especially the young people at the front, Nong Kem and Subin, help with everything. Unfortunately, I only came for one day and didn't get to go to the pool. Definitely have a chance to stay 😆😆

Came to stay at outrigger khaolak for the first time because of training. The staff are lovely, friendly, smiling and greeting, the rooms are spacious, clean, the pool is big, the hotel is clean. Came to stay here with family and friends for a total of two nights. When entering, the place is quiet, comfortable, the room is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. P'Bellman, P'Vakky Jay, P'Boomme, P'Not and P'Ta are friendly, including the other front-facing seniors as well. Everyone likes to talk. smiling brightly

I came to stay at outrigger khaolak with my family for the first time. I am very impressed with you guys. The front office staff are all lovely. Whether it's P'A, P'Pla, P'Pim, P'Poppy, P'Mew, P'Nattie, everyone is very friendly. recommend me everything I really like the pool. Moreover, there is a game room as well. If there is a chance, I will definitely come back again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be comparable to a 3 or 4-star establishment in the U.S. The rooms were clean, which is a plus. However, the on-site restaurant is quite limited, especially for Western food. The burgers were disappointing and not at all what you might expect.Additionally, the drinks were weak; you'll likely need to order multiple to match the strength of a single drink back home. Food portions were smaller than I’m used to, which seems common in Thailand. I also noticed some cleanliness issues, as I found ants in my food and drinks on several occasions.During my stay, there were power and water issues, though I can’t say if this is typical for the hotel. Its remote location means there aren’t any activities or amenities within walking distance, so plan accordingly.Most restaurant staff were friendly, but I didn’t experience the same warmth at the front desk. While Pla, one of the managers, was welcoming, another manager could benefit from additional training in customer service.Overall, while the hotel has potential, improvements in the dining experience and service consistency would make a significant difference.

However, given the rural setting, dining options are limited, so you're mainly reliant on the hotel for meals. This is perfect for those wanting a serene getaway to enjoy the scenery and beach atmosphere.Check-in was a highlight, thanks to Pla at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. This hotel is truly lucky to have her on staff. Unfortunately, other front desk staff were less accommodating, with one even being rude. If it weren't for Pla, I would have considered reducing my rating due to this issue.While we appreciated the friendly restaurant staff, after seven days, the menu became repetitive. Our trip coincided with heavy rain, which often kept us from exploring outside, resulting in more meals at the hotel restaurant. A persistent issue was the presence of ants in nearly every dish we ordered—definitely something that needs addressing.Lastly, the hotel could benefit from adding elevators or accessible routes for guests with disabilities or strollers.Overall, this hotel is a great choice for a relaxing stay, but some improvements would enhance the experience.

I came to visit Khao Lak. Because a friend recommended Outrigger Khaolak, the food at Edgewater Kitchen, especially the Tom Yum Kung Pizza, is very good. Thank you Chef Tao. As for pizza, it's our signature menu.

Our family stayed at Outrigger Khaolak last month. Our children had a lot of fun. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. It has everything we need. We had dinner at the Edgewater restaurant. We ordered the Tom Yum Goong pizza. Chef Tao, the hotel's head chef, recommended it. which is delicious and tastes very good We will definitely come back here. It was the happiest vacation our family had.

Unfortunately not a 5-star hotel. Very small, rooms are getting old, cleverly photographed for the portals.Under no circumstances should you book half board! There are only two dishes to choose from (starter or dessert for the main course) and the selection of main courses is also very small. Few traditional dishes, but burgers, pizza and pasta…Staff friendly everywhere, only the reception quickly becomes unfriendly when there are problems or tries to bribe you to buy a positive review!Attention: Children up to 12 years sleep in their parents' bed!! Cot has to be paid extra!

We can warmly recommend the hotel complex. The staff is remarkably courteous, especially our sports instructors Shane and Automn, who put a lot of effort into the yoga, stretching and Thai boxing lessons.The location on the beautiful long sandy beach is great, no sea urchins or stones in the sea. You need a shuttle bus to the next place. The food is delicious, freshly prepared and, depending on the weather, served on the beach.The rooms are very large, there were umbrellas, an ironing board and iron as well as a refrigerator and a kettle. We were given fresh water in the room every day.We were very satisfied and would come back at any time.
