Affordable price. New hotel. Lobby looks good and very clean. There is a lot of parking. The service staff is very good. no breakfast But they give you a free minibar in the room. I really like it. Convenient to go anywhere. Close to many places.

The Sun Hotel accommodation price 600 baht based on personal opinion It is considered quite expensive because I am a person who travels all the time, but this place should probably sell it for around 500 baht, which will bring in more customers. Today, September 11, 2018, there are only 3 customers staying in the rooms, probably because there are cars parked in the parking lot. 3 cars including our room Why would you offer 500? Because based on the quality of the room, if you sell it for 500, it would be very appropriate. The bed is quite hard. Small bathroom and shower when bathing Will avoid reaching the toilet because the toilet is stuck in the middle. Overall, the rooms are clean, clean, there are a lot of rooms, there is an elevator to travel up and down, it's quiet and the noise from the side rooms doesn't disturb (or because there are few people staying, you can't hear it). There are quite a lot of accommodations in Roi Et if the price is reduced. Coming down, many people will come to stay here because there is no breakfast here. Still selling for 600 baht. Roi Et accommodation. The price will be around 450 to 700 baht.

New hotel, average interior, location in the city, TV is an antenna plugged into a jack. and the room is not soundproof Can't sleep all night Sound from outside the building with people walking around Causing the sound to enter the room very loudly. And the balcony door is parallel to the head of the bed. Both sound and light come in. Can't sleep. Price 600 baht.

Don't like the deposit refund system The employee said that the money would be transferred back within 15 minutes because the owner or the relevant part would be the one to transfer the money back. But when I called, it was changed to within 1 hour. Just a 100 baht refund. Don't you have any spare cash to return to the customer? yes We have already left the hotel and are more worried about contacting in case of problems. The hotel is not ready to provide this service. ...Conditions in the room are okay. But the bathroom has a bad smell and is not very clean. The place is in an alley. But not very far from the main road. Traveling is not as convenient as it should be, but it is acceptable.Edit 1 After the hour was up, we called and inquired, 7-8 calls were answered. I was very annoyed. Why did you contact me to get the deposit back? How difficult is this!! It was the worst experience of dealing with and staying in a hotel that I have ever stayed in.

Arrive there around 8 p.m. At the counter, probably friends or the hotel owner's children came to pick up the customers themselves. Smiling and cheerful But unfortunately the bathroom doesn't have a separate wet zone.

Very good, inexpensive price, new hotel, convenient parking, lots of it, very good service, no breakfast. But gave a free minibar in the room. Very pleased. Recommend friends to stay. Friends like it very much. Convenient to go anywhere. Good location.
