I’m currently staying in Andaz.Check-in is delayed on the first day, so you have to wait.But with the proper response of the staff, I was able to wait happily.Beautiful environment and kind staff.It's such a happy time.Cleaning is generally satisfactory.I especially like the turndown service.Restaurants are great.Among them, Thai restaurant WOK WOK is the best.If you use a restaurant, make sure to try Thai cuisine! Breakfast is also great.However, I sent an e-mail in advance because it was my wedding anniversary, but it was a pity that I didn't receive any service. Even these meticulous parts.If you care, Andaz Pattaya will be the best hotel.I am currently staying at Andaz.Check-in was late on the first day, so I had to wait.Have fun with appropriate responses from staffI could wait.Beautiful environment and friendly staffIt is such a happy time.Cleaning is generally satisfactory.I especially like the turndown service.The restaurants are also great.Among them, the Thai restaurant WOK WOK is the best.If you use the restaurant, be sure to try Thai cuisine! The natural scenery visible from the windows is captivating, whether in the morning or evening.The rooms are equipped with modern amenities, including a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, and a well-designed workspace. The decor is elegant and contemporary, providing a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and considerate, always greeting guests with a smile, which made me feel right at home.Moreover, the restaurant’s food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of choices to satisfy all tastes. If you enjoy Thai cuisine, the green curry and grilled chicken are my favorites – absolutely delicious and unforgettable.Additionally, the resort features charming overwater bungalows where you can take photos and enjoy afternoon tea. If you love photography, don’t miss the sunset views from the pool. If possible, I highly recommend upgrading to a suite for an even more exceptional experience.During my stay, I didn’t use any sunscreen, simply enjoying the sunny weather and relaxing in the gazebos. The staff promptly delivered ice and water whenever I needed it – just dial “0” on the phone and let them know your request.This is definitely one of the most highly recommended hotels I have ever stayed at. I used the Water Court Lagoon Access Room.I checked in after 3:30 PM on Sunday, but had to wait because the room was not ready.They said I could check in at 4:30, but they kept making me wait, so I finally got in at 5:00, but it seemed like they cleaned it up in a hurry.The room's tile floor was sticky, there was a slight odor near the bathroom, a woman's eyelashes were stuck on the bathroom mirror, and the room amenities were not properly stocked.As I heard, the water quality in the bathroom was terrible. Why is the new hotel doing this?After using the filter shower head once, I was surprised to see that it had turned completely green. After draining the bathtub, there is red powder like green powder left on the bottom. A filter is required to be used. If you don't know what you're using, you'll find out that you're reluctant to even wash your hands.Good landscaping and swimming pool.However, there was trash hidden among the landscaping of the swimming pool connected to the room, and it was not removed during our 3-night stay.There were several places where a few tiles fell off throughout the pool.As for the location, there is nothing nearby, so you have to either settle inside the resort or go out by car.The breakfast is similar to that of a 5-star hotel, so it's okay if you don't expect much.Overall, it is a poor place for the price. I'm going again because there are so many good alternatives for this price...

It was so, so good.... It was like a dream for 2 nights.. Next time, I will stay for 3 nights... The location is a bit ambiguous, but you can order a late-night snack haha. It was very nice because it was environmentally friendly. I guess various bugs and animals can't be helped due to their nature, but if you think about it again, it's better. It's good. I think the many snails and lizards around the swimming pool are more fun for children. The same goes for adults like me. One thing that shocked me a little was that while I was walking, I saw a snake in the grass. There’s even a snake living inside here.
