The condo and resort are fairly nice. They're not brand new, but decent overall. The pool and swimming area are lovely, and the lobbies look good too. Our room matched the pictures and met our expectations. The staff were friendly. However, the location could be a downside. In the heat, a 10-minute walk to 7/11 or Tops feels longer, and getting to the beach takes even more time. You'll need a taxi, or have to rent a bike or car if you want to explore beyond the immediate area. Given the size of the complex, it would be convenient to have coin-operated laundry on-site, but you have to go down the street across from 7/11 for that. We did discover an excellent laundry service called Mr. Jeff’s laundry a bit further away. There's no restaurant on-site, and while there's a small store nearby, its selection is limited.

Lived here with an annual contract from December 2022 for 6500 baht/month. Now I remember with warmth the past time, the pleasant singing of birds in the mornings and evenings (now I live in Vietnam, there is noise from 7 in the morning, wherever I live), the chic design of the territory and the complex itself. The remote location is both a plus (the jungle is all around - I like nature) and a minus, I didn’t like walking there, but I took a bike and it became pleasant to move around. The pool is small, 120 cm, but beautifully made, hugging all the buildings.

The Venetian Signature Condo Resort Pattaya is the true epitome of luxury and comfort. I stayed here for a few days and was absolutely delighted with the quality of service and level of services provided.The hotel rooms were cozy and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. All furniture and furnishings are made in a stylish modern design, which creates an atmosphere of luxury and comfort.There is also a swimming pool, fitness center and spa where you can relax and enjoy pampering.The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly, always ready to help and answer all questions.Many thanks to the Venetian Signature Condo Resort Pattaya for an unforgettable stay! I will gladly return here again and recommend it to all lovers of luxury and comfort!

Poor service with an unclean cleaning fee of 400 without prior notice The agent that provided the service spoke badly. When we arrived, the security guard asked which building and what room we were staying in. Called and asked the agent even though we had already paid for the room for 2 nights in advance. Refusing to answer, inform the room number to add Line to pay for cleaning fees and another 1000 key deposit first. Even if you agree to tell me your room number It's a very bad feeling. It's like not coming to use the services like a normal hotel. The bathroom smells bad, the air conditioner isn't cool, the water heater doesn't work. I strongly don't recommend it.

Very bad The service was very bad. Booked from Agoda, but when arrived there was no staff and they came to charge a cleaning fee of 400 baht. When entering the room, it was very bad, musty, smelled of cigarettes, the mattress was dirty and sticky. Paid 653 baht per night, called. It's a condo project. Open for daily accommodations, the entire project has swimming, fitness and, impressively, an electric kitchen for cooking. Staying with family for a week is worth it.

The owner of the room is lovely, takes good care of it, the swimming pool is beautiful and large, there is a fitness center, a garden, steam room ready, and a pool table as well, all in one place.

Come stay in a room with an agent in building C11. The room is ok, but the TV is a bit old and doesn't have much clarity. There is no wifi and drinking water as stated before booking. The atmosphere is calm but quiet and desolate. The pond was dirty with millipedes and bird droppings and leaves all over the bottom of the pool.

One round is enough. Not worth the money spentThere are a lot of rooms in Pattaya. We recommend other places because of what we found.That is, the room smells musty, the sheets and pillowcases are old.The bathroom is very smelly. Good that the air conditioner is cool.The room is not clean, the staff are not interested in the customers. The details are not correct. Not informed that there is a cleaning fee of 400 I asked if I returned the key and got my money back. I was told I paid 1000 baht per night. Than add the cleaning fee, booked 3 rooms, ended up having to pay an additional cleaning fee of 1200 baht, booked with Agoda. Not informed in the book that there is a cleaning fee.

Tricky : The room is not included cleaning service.Also cleaning service fee is about 50% price of the room price.it’s not fair .basically the room price should be show total cost before the costumer check-in. But this place is charge when customers arrived. It’s not impressed.the only one thing I like is the pool.I recommend the price should be add all of service charges fee. because it’s not about the price,It’s about how the customer feels. If they are informed before i go, I will have time to compare the price and place . and costumer should have the way to choose the best place. Because the other places that same price maybe the best for customers decision.

Reserve 2 rooms with Aggoda. The room owner is probably a foreigner. The number provided cannot be contacted. But it's not a problem because the owner chats with us to inform us of details all the time. The advantage is that there is no deposit. When we arrived, we took the key as we had already informed. We stayed in room D220 on the 2nd floor, can accommodate 3 people, separate bedroom and living area, has a kitchen. D414 can accommodate 2 people, has a kitchen, and kitchen appliances are quite complete. There are toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and towels, but you should prepare extra for swimming. The pool is open from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

A decent place without more, the swimming pool in the shape of Venetian canals is pretty but not very clean. There is no reception on arrival, the guards only speak Thai, do not reserve direct accommodation for access to the more expensive swimming pool you are given the rooms you want and if you are not happy we simply say that there are plenty of other hotels nearby. The rooms are not cleaned once a week and the furniture is stained and in poor condition. If you plan to use the kitchen forget almost all the little there is is unusable. No blind shutter or blackout curtain basically you are awake like the chickens not easy for children. Overall I don't recommend it. I don't have any photos because my comment will be even worse.
