Good economical price The condition of the room is very clean. The mattress, pillows, and blankets are excellent.The bathroom may be somewhat dilapidated.The road into the alley is narrow and cannot be seen.There's a hotel sign, I remember Soi 40.

Nice and friendly staff, all wishes were fulfilled. There wasn't much going on, so we even had the pool to ourselves! Service was great and everything was very clean! Would love to come back

The room is spacious, divided into a living room and bedroom. Friendly staff. The area within the resort is shady and has a swimming pool. But the water system needs to be improved a lot. The water is very light and the toilet can't flush. The water heater doesn't work. The water smelled like groundwater even though it was in the city.

Definitely not a 4 star resort, closer to 3. The room was clean but loose power sockets and many down lights not working and the water in the shower was hopeless, there was no pressure and nearly impossible to get a constant temperature.it just went from hot to cold constantly trying to adjust it.Also the second morning there was no water at all shower, toilets , anywhere. The outside grounds look not manicured like the photos on the website.for the price it is look elsewhere because no where near the price.

We returned from Pattaya the other day. Family type hotel. Comfort, coziness and cleanliness. Apartment style hotel. But there is a restaurant on site, the prices are simply pleasing, the average price is 150 baht. 2 swimming pools: for children and for adults. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center: the Bolt taxi app, you can order a car or a motorbike, inexpensive. It all depends on what you want from Pattaya. If it's a party with drinks, then there's a hotel in the city, if it's a relaxing holiday without crowds of vacationers with forays into the city and the sea nearby, then I recommend this hotel.
