Thailand das erste Mal und gleich eine kleine Perle gefunden. If you like the Asia / Thai style then try this out. The small villas with own Pool are awesome. The service is always friendly and willing to help. One small downgrade, sometimes you hear the planes from the airport.

Super nice resort. We spent 3 nights here in a beautiful pool villa. Great service and very clean! Ordering via QR coder possible throughout the resort (we thought that was absolutely cool).The street between the rooms/reception and the restaurant/pool isn't really a problem. Very light traffic (side street) and the staff reliably stops the 1 or 2 scooters that pass through there during the day so that you can get to the other side safely😉

Very disappointed of this Santhiya.Being an regular customer of Santhiya Yao Yai and being a few times in Phangan, I have to say I am very disappointed by the Santhiya in Natai.Having always received a discount for being a regular customer, the front office staff of Santhiya Natai was not helpful and was not able to understand english.The service was slow and only did the bare minimum...I am used to a much better service from Yao Yai.On top there was a noisy construction site nobody was telling us about at the beach and at the breakfast buffet children would play football loudly right next to the tables where we having breakfast.I will definitely not return to Santhiya Natai and also will question if I return to Yao Yai after this poor treatment of a loyal customer....

Nestled in what feels like a hidden jungle is this gorgeous resort and villas. We stayed for 1 week as part of our honeymoon and had the most relaxing time. We visited during monsoon season, but this didn’t stop us having the best time. Thank you all the staff who were very welcoming and had an amazing attention to detail. A special thank you to Kent, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy and had everything we needed. We will be back!

The place is just stunning.The style, the wooden carvings just something incredible.The service is top notch.Every single detail in the hotel is taken care of, the design details, the bedding, everything is made for the guests’ comfort: the room smells of aroma oil, the scent of the shower gel and other utilities, the beach bag, big soft towels, beach towels, the communication with the reception using WhatsApp and etc.The work of house keeping team is amazing!It’s a team, not just a one person who make up the room, they work together and the whole process is very fast and efficient, there is a special person for every move.We also tried the spa, very recommended!As for the food in the hotel, not excellent, but also not bad, some dishes are good, some are not, just try. Since there is not any village nearby, there are no places to go out, except a beach club next door, so advise to opt out to half board or full board menu.In general, the place is super nice! Quiet, beautiful territory with great greenery. The beach is also good!The room with private pool gives you so much privacy and comfort! Just a heaven!

Impressive resort with very friendly staff and service.I had a pool villa with my partner and it was a dream. Direct view of the jungle, very quiet surroundings. It felt like you were almost alone in the resort.The only negative thing, and this is complaining at a high level, is the location, which hardly allows you to go anywhere else without a scooter or taxi.Definitely worth considering visiting this resort again.

Just a lovely stay, all around - The entire staff was warm and welcoming, the food delicious, the spa experience so nourishing, the villa just perfect. ||Even in the rainy season, it was still a breathtaking view, from the ocean to the architecture and details. Looking forward to returning!

We initially booked our visit to this hotel together with my husband, but by coincidence, we had to take our 2-year-old child with usWe arrived by car, the parking lot is located not far from the hotel. You will be escorted to it by golf cart and then taken with your things to the reception.The hotel staff is very friendly. Everyone says hello, smiles, and asks if everything is okay.Pros:-This is a big playroom, absolutely gigantic! It’s clean and fresh. There’s everything) from cars and a carousel to books)-the hotel area is all green, there is a pond with fish-I was also pleased that they made porridge for breakfast especially for the childOf the minuses:There are a lot of ants, but living in Thailand we are already used to it) so it wasn’t something strange for us😅

The quiet rest, spacious and convenient rooms, and friendly staff were all very nice. Traditional Thai buildings and sculptures, like art sculptures, are amazing. I applaud the designer of this hotel. The 50m long and wide pool, friendly and professional masseuses, and the traditional Thai dinner set were also special. I highly recommend getting a massage. The comfort of a room with guaranteed privacy is superb. Our family has decided to make this a special destination for us and to visit every year. Although it was the rainy season, the weather was nice, I was able to see the sunset, and most of all, I was able to live a quiet and peaceful life, so I had a good rest.

In August 2024 we lived in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel itself is a work of Thai architecture: all administrative buildings, villas, and fences are made of wood. Wooden surfaces are constantly varnished and renewed, so they look good. Our family of 4 lived in a room with an area of 165 square meters. The room has two separate bedrooms, a living room and a swimming pool. It seems to us that the room can accommodate 6-7 people. We didn’t hear our neighbors, I hope we didn’t disturb their rest either) The pool in the room measures 4x7 meters, depth 1.2 m. The hotel’s large communal pool is about 60 m long, which allowed our son to organize morning swimming training. The breakfast variety is a little less varied than in larger hotels, but the food was tasty and there was a different dish prepared every day. I especially liked the friendly hotel staff - ALL hotel employees greet the guests and happily resolve various issues.During 4 days in the sea, unfortunately, it was not possible to swim due to the waves, there were red flags. For swimming we used the main pool and the pool in the room.

We only came here for a meal, and I don't think I'll be repeating this experience. The ambiance, location, and atmosphere were good. However, I found the choice of music problematic. Not every guest is sad and heartbroken, and enduring the soundtrack for long was challenging. The food was served quickly but left no lasting impression. If you're hungry, you'll be satisfied, but that's about it. I found that disappointing.

My stay at Santhiya Natai Phuket was simply extraordinary. The rooms with private pool are a true paradise in themselves. The feeling of luxury and privacy is unparalleled. Waking up overlooking the serene waters of your own pool is an experience you won't soon forget. The room itself is spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Every detail, from the comfortable bed to the stylish bathroom, exudes quality and comfort.The staff deserves a special mention. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with genuine warmth and friendliness. The team goes way above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Nothing is too much to ask, and their care for detail made our stay truly special.And then the food, what a culinary treat! Each dish was a feast for the senses, prepared with fresh ingredients and full of flavour. We have previously stayed on Koh Chang and Koh Yao Yai, and to our delight the menu here was just as great. One thing that stood out was the chocolate shake – I think I drank 20 during our stay, it was that delicious. Definitely worth a round of applause for the chef and bartender!We would also like to give a special thank you to Tony, who really deserves a round of applause. We forgot the fire in our room and Tony searched almost the entire resort to find matches for us. His professionalism and kindness really made the difference, and we are extremely grateful to him for that.We also don't want to leave manager Palm unmentioned. He was very friendly and we had a nice chat with him. Contact with him made our stay even more special and we look back on this unforgettable experience with great pleasure.And let's not forget the massages, which were really great! The spa offers an oasis of tranquility, and the massages were wonderfully relaxing. It was exactly what we needed to completely relax.Santhiya offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort and hospitality. Whether you're looking for peace, romance, or just a place to completely unwind, this resort has it all. It was an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to return! Next destination is Koh Phangan!Finally, a little tip: it would be nice if there was a special dining area for smokers. A great little hotel if you are looking for special accommodation in nature and in peace. Not for those interested in partying.The staff is very nice and hard-working, the food in the restaurant is good and the entire area is just enchanting. Unlike Phuket, the beach is rather clean and empty.For breakfast there was also a tofu dish in addition to the many fruits and egg dishes. Of course, a slightly smaller selection than in a huge hotel complex, but nothing is missing. The food doesn't quite match the exceptional quality of the villas and staff, but it is good.There is a small gym and a small toddler play area. The beach bar will be rebuilt in August 2024, so it will be a little bit of a construction site for which there is currently a discount.What is special are the villas, which are completely furnished with wooden carvings. Our Thai taxi driver was also thrilled.

We stayed for one Night and we think its an amazing Hotel with amazing rooms. Both of our Boys had their own bed. The own Pool was big and refreshing surrounded by a little Jungle. You have to cross the Road to get to the Restaurant and the Beach and Main Pools. The Beach and Pool Area are very relaxing and you are far away from the Crowds. They serve very good Breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer.
