A nice place to stay in Nawamin area. The hotel is located next to the main road but the room has double layer glass window so it is quiet enough. The room is spacious. A big fridge and microwave oven are in the room. Pattawikorn market, Max Valu supermarket and McDonalds are in walking diatance. It is value for money. Recommended.

Would have given them a 0 star rating if that were possibleI made a reservation for a room, but an emergency came up and I won’t be able to stay.It was made last night to tonight and tomorrow night.I truly understand that it is non-refundable.The hotel keeps saying that they cannot provide a refund due to their policy. Even when I asked if it was possible to change the date, they still insisted that a refund is not possible.I had to ask to speak with the manager, who seemed to have no authority to make any decisions. I was told that she would need to talk to the owner. They also claimed that the system cannot change the reservation date and that the reason must be provided for any changes.In the end, they agreed to allow me to change the date, BUT I had to specify the new date right away. Of course, I can’t provide a date at the moment (just as when you’re in the hospital - day 1, you can’t predict when you will be discharged).When I explained the situation to the hotel, it seemed that the system cannot specify a check-in date at a later time.I am no longer sure whether it’s the “system” restriction or the “employee/management team “ that is not willing to help.They kept saying that we are trying to do me a favor as they never did it to anyone.What I see is a completely lack of flexibility. Even if I were to be discharged from the hospital this evening, I do not want to stay there anymore.If they’re already like this before I even arrive, I can’t imagine how it would be once I actually get there.I hope this message reaches the management team and encourages them to incorporate more empathy into their policies.I truly expect nothing and I could imagine those generic responses to my review like they always did to previous reviews.

This is a great hotel but beware that they will do what they can to keep your key deposit of 300baht. We were told the deposit is for the key only. We were also told that if we smoke in our room or bring durian into the hotel we would be charged 2000baht. Upon leaving very early in the morning for the airport, the receptionist went to check our room. She said there were small stains on the sheets so she couldn’t give us our deposit back. We did not see any stains and if so they can easily be washed off in the laundry. We could not argue with her as she did not speak any English and our taxi had arrived so there was no time to go back and check the room. Very unfair of the hotel to keep our deposit for such a small issue. People use sheets and towels when they stay at hotels, that’s why rooms are cleaned between guests.

[Access is bad, but it can be improved very easily]This hotel cannot be accessed by train alone from Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport. You have to take a bus to get to the hotel. I'm Wat Phra Sri Mahathat by trainI think the most efficient way is to go to the station and take Grab to the hotel. By using this method, the problem of access to this hotel will be completely resolved.[Service is good]All staff members are mentally mature. The clean staff also doesn't cut corners.When I was unable to immediately prepare cash for the security deposit (300 BTH) required for my stay, the hotel staff was kind enough to give me the time I needed to prepare cash. They also kindly helped me as I was unfamiliar with the laundry service (free of charge). When you go shopping in the evening, they will be waiting for you at the reception when you return.[The room is good]The room is large and has a sink, water heater, and microwave. The nearby supermarket is open 24 hours a day, so if you buy side dishes for around 50-80 BTH, you can save money and have a hot meal anytime. You can have a satisfying stay for both short and long term. By the way, I liked the room so I asked for an extension of my stay, and I was able to extend my stay without any difficulty. (If payment is made by card, a 3% fee will be charged.)【others】It is very easy to get a taxi as there is a lot of taxi traffic. To get to central Bangkok, you will have to go south. Traffic is terrible in the morning. We recommend departing after 9pm. To get to the airport, head north to Don Mueang Airport. Suvarnabhumi Airport is heading southeast. In either case, traffic jams will suddenly occur once the airport is less than 10km away, so please leave with plenty of time to spare. I headed to Don Mueang Airport, but considering the traffic, I left the hotel an hour before I wanted to arrive.

I loved everything about this hotel. The rooms are spacious. The decorations are super . The employees were friendly and ready to help whenever I needed help. It's a must return. It's the perfect place to nest and rest after a long day .

The room price is not expensive, I recommend it. The room is spacious, the bed is soft. I like that there are 4 pillows, plates, bowls, spoons, a microwave, all complete. The refrigerator is very large. There is a free laundry and dryer for guests, very nice. Quiet indoor parking I really like it. Definitely go back to stay again. ☺️❤️

Very good place to stay, they have a free laundry room, hotel near main road but the sound proof are good, you can’t hear any traffic in the room. Professional front desk staff. Great hotel, clean and comfortable. They have everything you will need for a pleasant stay. Washer and dryer available for free with large adjoining living room to wait for your laundry. Wide variety of drinks and snacks sold at affordable prices in the lobby. Free drinking water. Mcdonal, ATM and grocery store around the corner from the hotel.

You can buy your own detergent and use the washing machine. It even has a clothes dryer, so it is very convenient when you need to wash and dry laundry in a hurry.)The parking lot is also very well maintained.Breakfast is not included, but since I don't eat breakfast, it's not a problem.These days, smoking ban is common knowledge everywhere, but smokers will have to face some difficulties in this hotel as well.There are various types of restaurants and shopping malls just a short walk away, adding to the convenience.Very satisfied!
