There was chaos downstairs in the hotel. There was a Chinese waitress in the hotel who was chatting with my husband (when I was not with my husband). I heard someone said that she might want to make a deal with your husband. I was not happy. The woman did not apologize. The TV did not work when we entered the room. I transferred the call to the Chinese counter and no one answered the phone. My husband went downstairs to smoke and the woman chatted with my husband. Besides, she was going to get off work in a few minutes. Is she so hardworking? As a result of the quarrel, my husband bought another ticket and asked me to go back to Taiwan in advance. I didn't want to spend more money, so my husband bought another ticket to go back to Taiwan. I didn't dare to go out to play and it looked very chaotic. The next day, I asked a taxi to take me back to the airport. Taiwan. The service in this hotel is terrible. There is no hot water for bathing. There are some buildings going down from the hotel, but the junction with the hotel looks like a slum area. Later I heard that Bangkok is like this. Everywhere there is a shabby area. Before coming to Bangkok My husband and I stayed in a hotel near the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The price was three times more expensive than this one, which is great. There are many more civilizations nearby.

The woman who collected tickets at the front desk on the 79th floor had a very bad attitude. In order to choose a seat, I went there half an hour early to queue up, but I was not happy to be seated in the middle. The four of us chose to sit by the window, but she refused. She was happy, quarreled with me, what the hell, and then looked a little contemptuous of others, so because of her attitude, she would not go there a second time. The main seafood was not fresh and smelly. The overall experience is average.

The room is a bit old, the house is not tidy and many places are not clean, but the location is excellent. There are many shopping and shopping spots nearby, and it is very close to the traditional market where you can taste traditional Thai food.The swimming pool is not very big, but the water quality is good. Guests with accommodation can use it for free. The on-site service staff will also give you bath towels to wipe you. There is also an electric rotating environmental facility on the top floor with a 360-degree view of Bangkok's night view, which is very beautiful.

Our family went to the buffet on the 81st floor for dinner together. The dining seats were arranged farther away from the buffet area. There were fewer people passing by. It was relatively suitable for family gatherings. The ingredients were very fresh and the night view was beautiful. It did not rotate 360 degrees. To view the night view, you need to walk upstairs, which is not friendly to people with foot problems.During the meal, I met a performer who folded balloons and gave them to the children~ I thought it was pretty good

Room is a little small and quite average.Safe locker was broken so we couldn't keep use it.Key card holder also didn't work some times,so we had trouble getting power back to the room.Hotel is very close to most of the shopping malls and markets.on breakfast buffet they served same food everyday.
