The location is very convenient from the ARL station, it is easy to get from here to any area of the city. Just the thing for transit passengers. Service is acceptable

The accommodation is in acceptable condition according to the price. The bedding is old, the mattress is hard, the bathroom is small, the room looks shabby. There is a TV but cannot be turned on. But the good thing is that it's close to the monument. You can walk or take a short bus ride. Accommodation is easy to find. There's a 7-Eleven at the entrance of the alley.

Economical price, direct booking 590 baht, rooms are ok. The bathroom is a bit cramped, dormitory style if you don't think too much. It's for sleeping and then going out to run errands. There is no elevator. If you have a lot of stuff, it might be difficult if you get the 3rd/4th floor.Good location, there is a bus stop in front of the alley going to Ratchaprasong, Pratunam, and there are enough restaurants. Or go across the river to Soi Rang Nam. Fine if you like to walk, it's not too far.

Staff was pretty helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and it's a fairly quiet area of Bangkok.However, the bathroom is very small and not inside the room. You have to exit the room onto your personal balcony which is very hot and not private whatsoever.I wish they provided slippers as well. The tap at the sink wasn't working as expected.It's still a 10 to 15-min walk to Victory Monument BTS station under the heat.

Rooms are completely fine for the price. The bathroom is okay too. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable, you could feel every feather. The walls are very noisy.The air conditioning and the refrigerator worked well.If you arrive early, you should keep in mind that the reception is only open from 9 a.m.

The accommodation must walk into the alley about 100 meters, but it's not lonely. There is no parking. Located near many restaurants and places to eat. and near 7-Eleven Quiet at night, inexpensive price, rooms have air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, water heater, bathroom. Located approximately 900 meters from Victory Monument.

Very good for a short stay in Bangkok. The rooms were comfy with plenty space in my opinion. A private bathroom, closet, kettle and fridge. It was 10 min away from the Victory Monument (and the BTS).

DO NO STAY IN THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET ROBBED. I left my bags at the reception before check in and when I came back couple of hours later and went to my room I found EVERYTHING rearranged in my backpack. Someone literally went through all of my stuff and stole the money that I had hidden in it. Receptionist said that the camera in the reception "wasn't working", she is the only one with access to this room (also the only one knowing I'll be away for couple of hours and the one ignoring me after this accident, weirdly). When I suggested that in that case I would like to at least get back the money for the accomodation, which still was way less then the amount stole from me, they said they don't do refunds and don't care in general. I didn't even get apologies!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PEOPLE!

Anyone who wants to eat easily and comfortably, backpackers, I recommend it. It's quite good, close to food sources.
