Very bad, very bad service I've slept in a lot of hotels and have never seen a place that sucks like this. If you're not willing to provide service, then don't open it as a hotel for people to stay. I don't want to rate it. It's my own fault for not looking at the 100% reviews. The reviews are really bad.

Besides demanding an additional 1000 baht deposit per room...The very rude Chinese owner will suddenly knock then enter your room and will try to inspect every little stain and trash inside then will charge/overcharge you for it. If you refuse to pay, he will call the police.My kids were traumatized by the behavior of the owner. He ruined our Thailand trip! Check other reviews, all have similar experience with the owner of the hotel.He will make all strategies to milk you of your money! If you try to refuse, he will shout, intimidate and threaten.The Chinese owner should be jailed!And this Oyo Hotel should be banned and blacklisted on all booking sites unless drastic changes are made.

I booked the hotel 🏨 yesterday on the oyo app and my booking is conformed on this hotel I reached to hotel for checkin and gess what they told me rudely that booking is fullI am not sure if they full why oyo taking bookings, owner is rude and staff is very much rudeFor Indians specially don't book this hotel at all . One of the worst hotel I have ever seen. Rude behavior, dirty bathrooms, no cleaning services on daily basis. Staff doesn't respond to anything. Worst part is, I have informed my early check-out while doing check-in. They didn't show up and my deposit amount has gone

I booked this mainly for the promoximity to the airport link train. I needed a place to stay overnight because I have a flight to catch. Turns out to be the worst experience in booking an accommodation, I'm not even picky, to be honest.Street leading to the accommodation is very dodgy. Photos are all not matching actual rooms. And terrible customer service. I can go on and on.

The location on Google Maps was quite far from the actual location, so I was exhausted walking around in the heat and confusion.The entrance door is auto-locking.There was no staff at the front desk during check-in, or rather during our stay.For this reason, I had to use the buzzer to call, but no matter how many times I pressed it, it didn't come, and after about 5 minutes, it appeared and scolded me, saying, "I'm not buzzing."It seems like there is only one staff member doing everything from cleaning to cleaning.Probably not being treated well.After that, when I called him with a question, he ignored me and told me not to interfere with his work.I think it's me who gets annoyed by hotels that cost 500 baht a night.Compared to any cheap hotel I lived in when I was backpacking.The attitude was the worst ever, and the stay made me think about the cycle of poverty, whether it be cheap or bad.I would recommend it as a hotel version of the restaurant that is popular in Japan and has the worst customer service in Japan.

I’m book this place via Agoda , and the staff didn’t show after midnight but we can’t find any notification on Agoda ,then call the hotel to negotiate to change the date check-in the staff is so rude to off the line after that Agoda notified we anyone has checked in the room although we are in other country just a scam hotel , please to avoid booking it !

This hotel is a scam! Booked through Agoda and changed my mind. They did not refund me even though I messaged them 2 days before my trip. The place had tons of bad review that I changed my mind due to safety reasons. Worst hotel ever! Don’t believe the photos, I saw real video of the place in TikTok.

Very bad ! Pls don’t book this hotel . Difficult to contact the hotel and after I searched phone number to contact from some photos ,one local guy answered. And he said hotel doesn’t allow to check in after 5 PM because there is no reception. No refund as well . Why this is not mentioned before !

I had a great and amazing stay here, no issues with the room wifi or power. Close to pratunam night market and small stores, and 7/11 , massage spas etc. Staff was very accommodating.
