The receptionist is very bad and rude. I checked out and I wanted to hand over the clothes for a while. He didn't say it well and drove me away like a dog.

The park really crowded and even i rent a room for 6 nights not free for car park.The parking security guys asked me to pay 100 for outside park for 1 day ( 1 hour = 20 baht for inside park )So must careful if u have a car don’t choose that building

There is a burmese security which is totally disgusting. When i forgot my key to enter my room, he doesnt even let me take a call to my roommate which is absolutely ridiculous. And also i ask for wifi to call my roommate but he denied to access. WHAT A SHAME!!! THE OWNER OF THE CONDO IF U SEE THIS U SHOULD TOTALLY CONSIDER TO HIER A NEW SECURITY WHO HAS A GOOD MINSET AND CAN GIVE FULLY SERVIE TO THE CUSTOMERS. Im not trying to disturb anyone but hes totally disrespectful and rude. I hope he gets fired ASAP.

This place is often confused for another juldis building/entrance.Bugs come in sometimes, andAir conditioning is strong, there was one friendly staff, a lady who cleaned our room and spoke Khmer with us (housekeeping). She helped us plenty and was one of the only positive aspecfs of our stay at this hotel. She gave us a trolley and scale to measure our luggages and transport them. The rest of the staff were not friendly; we could not access the pool and a lady ignored us when we asked and just locked herself in a bathroom. Then it wasn’t clear that the pool was closed or if we needed to buy a ticket?otherwise, walkable to many food markets and shops, i recommend plantinum mall though it is a bit of a walk (for some shopping and MAINLY for the GREAT food on the 6th floor). I recommend window shopping before shopping as there are many shops that sell the same products but at a lesser price.The elevators here are not easy to navigate, and close easily on you.Shower gel was provided, no bar soap nor shampoo.This place is targeted towards locals especially Khmer speaking people like my family and myself, rather than for tourists.

The women from the office room treat the customers so badly I forgot my key card in my friend room. She said that ,“If I haven’t a key card, I would buy the swimming tickets for 100 baht per ticket and I bought it. Actually, the ticket was 50 baht. When I reach the pool, security said that I could not wear my suit, so I went to my room to take my swimsuit. When I come back , she did not allow us to enter the pool. And also didn’t refund my money back. And treat the customer like a thief. I would like to suggest not to come here and you would be treated like me. So disgusting women.

The hotel itself isn't fancy and all that and lacks in terms of both faculty and facility but it compensates that with its location and price which is very close to patru num night market and the price is around 1000 bahts a night. Very affordable and close to city centre , highly recommended for tourists who are trying to get the best bang for buck .

The security guard at the entrance to the parking lot spoke very poorly. Very bad, very bad, very bad. I don't know how I got through the training to be a security guard with a 7th certificate. I don't hitchhike or I don't provide enough service. Speak with emotion in your voice again.

Interesting first time stay in pratunam. But you should always head out further for cheaper and nicer food choices. Go further out even for roadside stalls. Haha.

Very dirty ,very noisy and bad service apartment.We were lucky that we stayed there three nights.The cost is same as other 3 stars hotels near Pratunam area for 3 persons.Most of the Myanmar travel agencies and Bangkok agents take advantage for Myanmar tourists.
