Siam Nitra Boutique Hotel

I can't understand some of the bad reviews.We stayed in the family room for 4 days. The room is large and clean.The location is great. There is a great restaurant/snack bar next door. 7Eleven is just a few meters away just like BTS.Price performance is definitely top.👍

Unmanned hotel.There are cockroaches everywhere, and the reservation site uses a photo taken several years ago that looks completely different from the real one.I made a reservation for 3 nights, but ended up staying at another hotel without staying even one night.They don't want to give a 1-star rating, and they say they don't get any replies from the major sites.

Only not good is we can hear every noise from other room and the bar from bottom at one night one guy from that bar laugh so loud that made us can’t sleep , and the other one weakness is when we check no staff in counter we need to call them by phone made check in by ourselves 😬

We arr writing this review as a family of 4 staying at this hotel from the 30th April to 5th May (5 night stay)PROs1) It is located in between 2 BTS stations.A) Ratchathewi and B) National Stadium2) it is walkable to Siam Station if you wish to go Siam Discovery Siam Centre, Siam Paragon, Siam Square etc. .3) it has a 7-11 convenient stall in less than 5 mins away in the direction towards the ratchathewi bts station.4) there are food places that seems to be pretty popular with the locals neat the 7-11, if you are hungry, they are opened till late hours. I was there at 11pm.5) The Air condition in the room seems strong and working well6) the room lights are bright and good unlike many hotel rooms has very dim lightings7) When they make up the room, they always provide nice towels that smell good amd clean.8) they provide 4 pairs of rubber room slippers which I felt is better than paper slippers that other hotels provide. This can be used in shower and walking anywhere in the room.CONs1) when they make up your room everyday, they do not provide you with new water bottles, only on day 1 they give you 4 bottles for 4 pax. If you stay more than 1 night, you have to buy your own drining water yourself because they do not automatically replenish for you when they make up the room.2) if would be nice if they can clear up all the spider webs in the room behind the beds panels as we saw some spiders at the top of the panel. If they have cleared it, i believe the guests could sleep more peacefully then to worry if the spiders will land on their faces while they sleep.3) The room smell really bad because of where the hotel is located, just next to the big drain or canal which is why you need to cross the bridge to get to National Stadium bts. The smell comes from the big drain or canal which can't be help. I would recommend that when they make up the room, do not off the toilet ventilation so that when the guest enters the room, they will not smell the drain smell being too strong. With the ventilation turned on, the smell is more bearable. It is basically sewage smell.4) because the room is on ground floor, there will be plenty of centipedes trying to crawling into the room thru the water holes as all as water basin. Therefore when you take your shower, please remember to wear your room slippers to avoid getting bitten by the centipedes and when you use water basin, do flush them down when you see it. I do not know what to advise or suggest the hotel to get rid of the centipedes but I guess they should seek the experts5) I do not recommend using the bath tub because the water is not warm enough to give you a good soak but the constant worry about centipedes crawling into the tub makes it hard to relax, does not serve the purpose of having a tub6) the water flow in the shower room is not strong so if you are the type that enjoy a good shower with stronger water flow, you will not enjoy having shower here. The shower head hanger is not adjustable so you need to stand really closed to the shelf that holds the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, in order to get the water otherwise, u will have to hold the shower head thru out.7) there are only 2 mirrors per room. 1 is in the toilet where the basin is and 1 is a small 15cm mirror on the table and has only 1 chairNote, the hotel does not have staff attending to you all the time. Sometimes you see staff, most time you don't. So you need to be prepared for self help. Enter hotel using pass code there will only be 1 card to access your room regardless how many pax you have.

Highly recommend! we have the very good tay here at this hotel. The room is super clean and has everything we need. Location is very good, walking distance to BTS, convenice store and big depar**ent store. we have very good stay here!
