The room for 10 people smelled musty. They gave me a room for 6 people. The air conditioner was not working there. The bunk beds were like cabins, the walls and curtains were very dirty. I left without staying.

The staff was friendly and the standard facilities such as water dispenser, refrigerator, washing machine and etc are well prepared. Only the washing machine requires you to pay 40 THB and you need to buy powder and softener at 7 eleven. At least it was really convenient for us a lot.

I’ve stayed here for 1 - 1 1/2 months. Last year (2023). But now I came back here after few months (Feb 28th 2023)! I must say, the front desk staff changed! They are so horrible now. They are literally shouting at people making problems and asking the customers to leave. And when compared 2023 the time I visited, Now in 2024 there are much lesser customers as well. I had a bad experience and I heard other customers saying too that the receptionists are very rude.Please stag In bedstation or any other hostels. Natee now isn’t that great. There are many hostels in Pratunam offering better breakfasts AND BETTER SERVICE.

An average hostel.Stayed at Natee Hostel in Bangkok for 5 nights. 3 in a 6 person dorm and 2 in a private room. Was excited to stay looking at the high star review and photos, however I was disappointed by the condition of the hostel as it has clearly not had money put in to maintain it since those photos were taken.First the pros: the locations is amazing! Close to 3 major malls and 2 different train lines within a 5-10 minute walk. Lots of massage places nearby, as well as places for dinner, a pharmacy and a 7/11. The dorms room was as expected from the photos with large lockers and set out in a way to maximise privacy for all the bed spaces with efficient aircon. Large shared bathrooms with a hair dryer and two small kitchen units with fridges and a filter water system to fill up water bottles. Simple breakfast of cereal and toast is included in the cost of the rooms and wifi is reliable. Washing machine was available for 40baht per load and there was ample space to hang clothes out to dry. The receptionist was very friendly and incredibly helpful, able to answer all the questions we had about the hostel and places to go in Bangkok.However I noted the following cons: no air conditioning in the building (outside of the private/ dorm rooms) so communal spaces were very hot and humid (including the bathrooms). Cleaning was below standard, often found clumps of hair in the showers and lots of stains/ soap scrum marks in the bathrooms as well as cockroaches and insects. No rubbish bins in the bathrooms or dorm rooms. There was a lot of dust on surfaces around the communal areas and some in the dorm rooms. Most of our sheets and towels had old stains on them. Every bed in the dorms had a light and power plug, however no shelf to put our phone while it charged, just had to lay it in the bed with you. No dryer for washing (but was able to hang it all out to dry on clothes hangers provided). Most disappointingly was the rooftop space. I was hoping for a relaxing space as shown in the photos. However the fake grass was gone, no bean bags, no tables. Just a concrete balcony with rubbish in the corners. Was nothing like the photos.Another thing to note is that this hostel is no accessible. There is no elevator and there are multiple (4+) flights of steep stairs to different floors, so this is not a place for anyone who has mobility concerns.Overall this was an average hostel in a good location for a price similar to other hostels. I do feel that for the same price you could stay in nicer/ cleaner hostels in the same area. It did the trick and was a fine place to sleep. But no social aspect to this hostel and would not stay again.

Stayed for 1 night only. Did late check-in but everything went smooth, reception was closed already but they wrote down my name including the instruction of where my room was and the wifi password etc. So i did self check-in without any hassle.The staff was friendly and helpful! Sevel is only 3 mins walk, Pratunam market is only 5 mins walk.Room was clean, bahtroom at night was cleaner than the morning.Overall definitely worth the price!

For cheap accommodation, this is really worth it. Got it on the 2nd floor and the room was clean. However, the service is really lacking. But it's really comfortable to stay here. If you need a hotel for a crowd and spend most of the day outside, this hotel is really nice

The experience here was overall great. The host was very friendly and helpful.I booked a room of 6 for 5 people, and I thought we covered that room. It turned out that we would stay with another stranger, so we wanted to change it. She was very generous to change to a big empty room for 10 people, and 5 of us could stay there alone the whole week at the same price.The room was clean and the public restrooms were clean too. The place was near to Platinum Fashion Mall, Pratunam Market, The Suan Pakkad, etc.Breakfast included: cereal, milk, bread, coffee, tea, and orange juice.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed inIt's so dirty and messy inside-The air conditioner in the room is not cold-The toilet is dirty and filled with water-The closet is still locked and there are other people’s things-Pile of clutter in the hall-There is no elevator. If you live on a high floor, you have to climb stairs.

My own experience was pretty bad. I was in the women's room, room one, bed 2, just behind reception on street level. There was only one curtain on my bed, even though there should be two curtains. My closet (where you store your own things behind your own lock) had another hinge off. There was a lot of stuff everywhere, it felt like I was sleeping in a warehouse? The room had a bathroom with a shower and two toilets, the second toilet was flooded. I stayed for two nights, the second night someone started taping stuff next to the reception at such a volume that I had to ask him to be quieter, I had an early wake up call the next morning. Otherwise, it was a bit unclear what the hostel's rules are, e.g. regarding silence?! On the last morning, a man also just walked into the room without even knocking!? Quite an untidy place anyway.

Recommended for backpaker traveller, not for family traveller. Room quite good, cleanliness could be priority improved. Provide only toast and coffee for breakfast. Water dispenser is a plus point, pantry must be fixed for more comfort. Nice budget hostel, good for long stay.
