The hotel is very close to both Pratunam and Platinum, Central World.There is a lift up to the 7th floor, the AC is very cold, maybe not suitable for those who don't like cold.All the staff are very friendly and the best, complaints come straight away to fix them.Towels and equipment were changed every day, but the blankets and bed sheets were never changed even though we stayed 6 nights.Inside the hotel there is a restaurant, pub and massage place.We left our suitcases for 4 days and were allowed.Very worth it for the price offered.

27 July - 3 August I made a reservation at this hotel, Alhamdulillah, so far I have stayed here, all the staff have been very helpful, strategic location with public transport, halal restaurants, massage, tofu, etc.

Hotel was nice, but you need to remember to double lock your door, because sometimes the housekeeping maid can open your door without knocking (it happened to me twice). The bellboy service is excellent. There is one staff named Mr Zhou that is very helpful, very demure, very mindful. I was very happy to be serviced by him. Thankyou so much.

First of all, this hotel is NOT mobility friendly. There are MANY small steps which would make wheelchair access difficult especially in the rooms because of many steps & small dividers/hurdles. Service is ok, neither good or bad, just simply ok. Rooms are somewhat dirty or just old and in need of renovations. The upkeep and maintenance may have been neglected because the bathroom mirror has many stains.However, The location is great with many restaurants surrounding the hotel. The morning breakfast buffet is good with a wide variety of foods to choose from.This is a good place if you just need to sleep, but if you're looking for more, definitely search elsewhere.

Strategic location for those who want to go to Pratunam market, but the room is a bit dirty in my opinion. There is dust and there are feathers in the bathtub, please pay attention to cleanliness. For service, I give it 5 stars. When I arrived at the hotel, someone immediately helped me carry my suitcase and was very friendly...

Very close to Pratunam market by walk it's around 3 - 5 minutes. Looking for street food so many street food near this location but very difficult if you looking for Halal Food, by walk you'll find sevel, drug store easy walking to platinum mall, tofu, big c etc

The hotel is affordable and strategically located in Pratunam where you can reach food stalls, markets and public transport easily. I stayed here for 3 nights and the service was good. Although they didn't change the bedsheets, they clean up my room everyday. You can also weigh your luggage before leaving, just ask the receptionist.

The hotel is comfortable, suitable for that price, the facilities are also quite complete. In each room there is a hair dryer, electric kettle, mini refrigerator. The AC is really cold...😅😅. The TV channel is quite complete but I don't understand the language...😆😆, 5 nights stayed there only changed the bed sheets once. Change towels every day, drink refills every day. Oh, the most strategic location is close to everywhere...😊😊

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this hotel and suggest potential guests to look through the reviews before making that decision as Thailand is filled with great hotels and friendly people but this is certainly not it. I’ve been to this hotel since 2005 & almost every stay was at the property which is why I was inclined to make a booking despite all the negative reviews.I stayed at the property for a week as I had made the full payment and there was no point explaining anything to the front desk as they barely understand English and the Manager of the property is always on holiday every time I enquired.- This property has an insane amount of mold in its bathrooms and bedroom space too (I was on the 6th floor for one night as they had mixed up my booking and the amount of mold made it so uncomfortable to breath).- The staff are rude and unfriendly, although they barely speak English they will do their best to be impolite to guests.- The sheets & towels will always be stained.- Suggest not to opt for a balcony room as the balcony door will most likely be broken and you will have to sleep with a half open door.- There is no point of putting the ‘Do not disturb’ sign as they will open and come in so I suggest you take safety precautions and put the double lock and take pictures of your belongings

We stayed here for 8 nights and thoroughly disappointed with the service.Points to note:* Mold in the bedrooms and a lot of dust on the ceiling which affect breathing* Staff were not friendly* Jammed door to balcony which makes going out of the room quite a task* Poor view from balcony* Toilets are leaking and cramped space which makes it when unhygienic to useWe will not be staying at this Inn again. They were decent and value for money during our past 6 visits here and been coming here since 2015. As of recent quality as dropped drastically and I do not recommend this place for someone who is looking for a pleasant stay.

The most strategic hotel in the Pratunam area. Close to shopping places, night market, with MRT BTS..., the staff is very friendly, check in at 14.00 but I was allowed to come at 13.00 because the room was ready, the service was good, at the hotel there is a massage place and it's paid, the room is clean, the bathroom has no exhaust, only uses ventilation so it is a bit hot.
