Subscribe every month to stay here, but recently the water has had problems, sometimes it doesn't work. Hopefully it will be repaired quickly by the hotel staff.

But the room is old and dirty, I found 2 living cockroaches.
There's no remote for the TV and no hair dryer.

Doesn't look like a hotel when step into lobby as can see many goods and cartons around. The lobby has space for workers packing goods.Place is difficult to find by taxi, It is located deep inside alley. Needs 10 minutes to drive into alley and another 10-15 minutes drive out of alley to main road, depending on traffic.Room is small, floor is slippery. Bed is dirty. One level has 5 rooms and every room is located very near one another. No soundproof at all as the hotel issues old type key which needs insert to open and close door.Aircon is very cold, temperature cannot be adjusted at all, Always 16 degree celsius. Can't sleep well whole night.Mosquitoes at lobby.

Phòng đẹp, thoáng mát và rộng rãi. Gần chợ và 7-11 nên dễ dàng ăn uống. Do gần chợ nên hơi đông khó bắt xe. Còn lại thì đều ổn, rất recommend mng ksan này.The room is beautiful, airy and spacious. Near the market and 7-11 so easy to eat and drink. Because it's close to the market, it's a bit crowded and difficult to catch a bus. The rest are all fine, highly recommend this mng ksan.

Who is crazy about shopping for clothes? What are the best items here? If you just want to go to bed, it's ok to save. jln kaki..service room ok.depa hang 2 bottles of mineral water every morning..overall the service quality can be improved in the future..

The location is really good for jastipers because it is right in the middle of the Pratunam market. Platinum and December are also close, just cross. The room is clean, the mattress is hard and the pillows are not big enough. But the price is cheap for a room of three. In front of the hotel there are many sellers selling food and drinks. There is a deposit of 1000 Bath.

Very high recommend! Very good location! Walk-in price more cheaper than online booking! All staff very very helpful! Every day cleaning room! Might night Aircon get happen they come very fast and fix it ! Really lazy change room, Second day they send professional person do repair! Bedsheet and pillow very clean .Today I late back hotel check out , they extant check out time and help me bring down my luggage to lobby . When I prepare to leave they come very fast help me Pick up luggage。Will come again 🤞😁😁😁!

I highly recommend this place! Especially for those who's gonna explore pratunam everyday and youre on budget.The staff is nice and super helpful, I booked Twin room but it can be used for 3people. And everyday they tidy up our room as we requested also gave us 3pcs bottle of water (hang by the door).

Unfortunately, the staff could not speak English. Had problems with the Internet. They couldn't help. Used Google translator. Didn't help. The bed linen was not clean. Otherwise the room was ok. PS. Remember to plug in the power to the refrigerator

The worst hotel experience that I’ve ever had!!! I booked and paid in advance through Agoda, but by the time I went to check in, I have to wait for an hour long and the answer I got is “the rooms are full, can you stay at another hotel nearby for a night and you can come back the night after” how irresponsible!!!
