Cheap hotel (1600/4 nights) but very ok. The room is a bit small but very clean and fully equipped. The owner is very friendly and enthusiastic. Location right near the road, 100m from 7/11, more than 1km from pratunam market. So stay home

Spacious room, good air conditioning, cleaning every day, must leave a note at the counter.Prices are stableVietnamese ownerThe elderly Thai cleaner could not communicate in basic English.At the end of the alley, right out of the massage shop, turn RIGHT a few houses away and there is a food shop with reasonable prices. The owner is Thai but can speak a little Vietnamese. There is a guy serving Vietnamese people. I saw quite a lot of Vietnamese people eating. The price is a few tens of thousands and three people can eat. It's pretty cheap to split. Eat your fill.The room is a bit small but it's okay, for those who don't care about where to sleep, this is the ideal place.

Considered ok, the bathroom is just ok, the bed is ok for staying on business in Bangkok. The stairs are very small but you can understand the size of the place. There is an elevator so it's not scary. considered cheap Just getting this is good 🙏🏻

Very disgusting, the room was very dirty, the refrigerator was moldy, the pillows smelled like hair, I suspect the sheets may not have been changed. An hour after entering, we went out for a walk. When we came back, no one was at the counter. We were asked to call and ask for the password. If we went back in the middle of the night, it would be very dangerous for girls to go back at night, because their location is in a very narrow back alley.

A lot of people lack of responsibility to close the elevator door, even the owner doesn't care about that. Lack of services. I won't come to this place again

the place is comfortable and nice,,,It's a bit in the village, but the place is clean...If the room wants to be cleaned by the staff, we just put a flower decoration next to the door which is provided as a sign that the room needs to be cleaned...It's just that the stairs are small, so you have to be careful...

The room is clean, especially the owner is an enthusiastic and cheerful Vietnamese person. Maybe it's because it's a homestay and I'm not familiar with it. I wanted to ask for extra pillows and blankets but couldn't. Since I'm staying for many days, I can't clean the room every day. I have to clean it every 2 or 3 days.

Location was superb. Near shopping malls. Bed was good and shower was great. It is better to bring own soap and shampoo. They provide free bottled water. But the stairs were very narrow. There was strange lift which was unique...😁😁... staffs were good. Overall good value of money

It's a perfect little Homestay, small cozy rooms , tiny balcony, clean bathrooms , and the host was extremely friendly, we are presently staying here for 2 nights, the location is perfect, very close to all the markets , especially for a foodoholic like me, we frequently come to bangkok , now onwards we will be staying here , thank you anh anh Homestay
