The old good thing about this place was its location being near the malls, but service was terrible...our rooms weren't ready till past 3pm. Then room itself are really old and outdated, also dark.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Staff – Especially Toward Younger GuestsI had a very unpleasant experience at Bangkok Grand Hotel, and it was mainly due to the front desk staff’s unprofessional behavior. I went to upgrade my key card, and while I was waiting, my companion and I were checking our makeup on our phones. A female staff member rudely told us that taking pictures wasn’t allowed there and that we should move elsewhere. We didn’t argue and left quietly.What made it worse was that I noticed the staff, including the woman who had spoken to us, mocking and imitating my actions behind the counter, clearly thinking they could treat me this way because I’m younger. I was willing to let it slide because I didn’t want to spoil my last day. But then, while I was lost in thought, she suddenly said, "What, what do you want?" in a rude, confrontational manner, as if trying to provoke me.This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a place that’s supposed to provide hospitality. I felt disrespected and belittled, simply because I appeared younger to them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially younger travelers, who might not be treated with the respect they deserve.

🏠Old hotel located in the heart of the city. Opposite Central World, near Gaysorn Building. The interior is decorated in a luxurious, classic style.🛏️The room has a wooden floor. There is a little carpet in the walkway, old but clean, not very wide, complete with equipment.🚗 There is underground parking and an elevator.🍲 Tasty food for general guests. There's quite a lot of food.

However, that’s the only advantage.I arrived with excitement for my vacation, but as soon as I entered the room, there was a strong moldy smell. The showerhead was also moldy, the equipment was outdated, and cockroaches were rampant in the room.The hotel environment is terrible, and hygiene is a major concern. Although the location is superb and the price is affordable, it’s still unacceptable.”The location is very good, next door to Big C and opposite CentralwOrld. Generally a good experience. I am here for a business conference. The lobby managers are very friendly. The room has been cleaned each day. The omelet in breakfast is very delicious. Yet there is a smell on each floor. If the smell can be shaded in some way, it will be better.

The hotel with best location in Bangkok!Numerous famous big establishments are within few steps with lots of food and shopping choices.Staff are helpful, professionals and communicate well.The hotel is already showing signs of aging with old fixtures and not comfortable bed.Hard to control the temperature of shower.Buffet breakfast was just okay, few choices and nothing impressive. Relatively acceptable as I was not expecting for more given its price.Cleanliness is okay but you can sense some dust making you sneeze and saw some small cockroaches which l eliminated to help the hotel.

Fantastic location! You can't even visit the surrounding shopping malls in one day. Right next to it is Big C, a good place to buy souvenirs. The service staff has a good attitude. The room is a bit old and the equipment is average. The unit price is reasonable.

A hotel with a very special location, in the middle of markets and restaurants, not far from Arab Street (Nana).On the fourth floor is Lattice Relax Massage, which is one of the most famous and cleanest massage places in Bangkok and its prices are acceptable.The employees are helpful, helpful and smiling all the time.The breakfast is varied and much of it is halal.There are many elevators, which means there is no waiting.The only drawback of the hotel is that its furniture is somewhat old.Next to it is Big C Supermarket, Bangkok's largest supermarket, and many restaurants and cafes.

This hotel is perfect for shopping lovers.Anyway, the location is great.There is a BIG-C next door, and a money exchange shop with good rates is also nearby.Platinum is also just a short walk away, so it's perfect for shopping lovers.(addition)I stayed here for the first time in 5 years!I stayed here for the first time in a while.I was on the top floor of the 22nd floor, so the view was great.There are more buildings around than before, so if you are on the lower floors, the view may be a bit sketchy.The room is old, but it's been renovated so it's not a big deal.It's spacious and comes with a bathtub, which Japanese people appreciate.There is also a sofa in the lobby where you can relax.This time I chose a plan that included breakfast, and it was delicious and had a lot of variety.The location is good, so I would like to use it again.

I stayed with my family at this hotel for 3 nights in July 2024, the hotel with great location, next to Big C , 5 minutes walk to Chitlom BTS station. Room was clean, good buffet breakfast. The housekeeping staff, Ms. Kate on 18 Floor was nice with her warm service and smile. Mr. Para at Reception also nice with his warm welcome, the concierge man is helpful. I will recommend this hotel for my friends and colleagues.
