Disappointing experience, not only is it cheap, but it is not very comfortable. For the double bed room, I had to pay B50 more.I had to get up all new clothes at night because of itching.I have never been able to sleep for a night, and when I called the reception, they said they would do it in the morning.And then amazing service I got it just only one word SORRY 😣 The hotel told me that .

The entrance to the parking lot is narrow. The road is full of cars. Can't get in. There's no one to help wave.Inside the room the walls were very thin. The people next to the room shouted loudly all night. Open and close the door loudly, can't sleep.And the housekeeper We talked outside from late at night until early morning, talking on the radio very loudly. In conclusion, not sleeping late until early morning was very bad.

In the room there should be towels. But it wasn't given.The TV has only sound, no picture.The bathroom was not clean and there was still standing water.

I wouldn't even give one star if I could. While the hotel's location is convenient, with shops like 7-Eleven and Amazon nearby, the noise levels were unbearable. I was frequently disturbed by passing ambulances and extremely loud guests from both Thai and Chinese groups who were staying near my room. If you’re looking for a quiet stay, this hotel is definitely not the place for you.

I was deceived. I was told that the price of 800 yuan per night on the sixth floor was without TV and refrigerator, which I could accept.But I was told that there was Wi-Fi just for the sake of having Wi-Fi, but it turned out that it didn't work. When I asked the front desk, the Wi-Fi was not working, I asked when it would be working and I didn't know. I didn't even have a contact number with the front desk, which would have deceived the guests into staying. Don’t stay just because it’s cheap

The hotel is conveniently located and, while it may appear a bit dated from the outside, don’t let that fool you. It’s well-maintained, quite decent, and offers excellent value for money.

The service is very bad. The employees don't know much about talking. The air conditioner remote is broken, the air conditioner is not cool, the room is not very clean.

Beside very good location everything else just bare minimum. Water pressure so weak, you have to request for room service from the front desk. No daily turn down. The service maids will wake you up before 8 AM. So if you need good sleep look somewhere else.Room are very old. Bedsheet, blanket, towel, tv, refrigerator all old as a decade.Although, they provide a small fridge. Do not leave anything in there if you plan to leave your room for long time. When you take the key card from there no more running electricity in your room.

The service is terrible. The air conditioner remote battery ran out. I went down to call instead of coming to change it in the room. Go back and take it to change below. Makes you have to walk up and down many times. Plus, he doesn't look in a hurry and talks curtly.

Room was spacious with a king size bed. There's a small balcony and aircon is cold. Water heater works fine. There's a twin couch, a small LVD TV, coffee and kettle and also a hair fryer. There's a cupboard with hangers. A comfortable stay. Tiled flooring. Becareful, the toilet cum bathroom is slippery when wet. One plus point, you can find food immediately after stepping out of the hotel. 7-Eleven is next door.. haha, you'll never get hungry. Nice sausages from 7-Eleven...they'll microwave for you. Wifi is unstable and I hope they will get it rectified after complaining. Before we left it was OK. Price very reasonable.
