It’s a very busy location and stinks 🤢
The hotel is really old does not give you a good feel after sending so much money. The lifts are placed on alternate floors so you will have to drag your luggage. Not worth your hard earned money.

The worst Hotel I have ever stayed ‼️The room is full of a bad odor. Not cleaned and very old. The housekeeping do not come and there is only a single plug point for the whole room.The ceiling is about to fall down. The washroom is leaking water. Very old and very much worst.The breakfast is disgusted. Cups and plates were not well cleaned and the tables are very old and damaged along with the chairs. Linen was out of the question.Food was worst 🤮The staff was the most un-friendly staff that I have ever seen.Please do not stay here. Please. There are good Hotels for cheaper prices than this ‼️

Expensive. The room is not soundproof. The room next to it can be heard when the door is opened. The room is musty, cramped, the shower is broken, causing the water to scatter when showering. When riding the elevator, you have to carry your bag up and down the stairs. But it's good to be able to walk around and buy things.

Located behind Baiyoke sky, very hot and stuffy, you have to climb stairs to access the elevator which is very troublesome for customers who carry a lot of luggage, the service is very grumpy, the rooms are decent, but the interior is old and the rooms are a bit gloomy because they are magenta and mirabella colored, what a It's better if the room is painted in a lighter color, the bathroom is very comfortable and cool, has a bath tub

I stayed here for four nights and my overall impression about the hotel is that this is a hotel with spending your time. Hotel provides breakfast and it has several varieties so you have the option to select what you like to eat. Staff are friendly but they do not smile a lot and I think it is a cultural thing of Thailand people. Location of the hotel is excellent and you are within waking distance to pratunam market, platinum mall and indra square so you can do your shopping easily and even if you get lost, you can easily find hotel since it's right behind baiyoke sky hotel which is the highest building in this area. One bad thing about the hotel room is that there is no air ventilation since the room is almost completely sealed. Therefore, when you enter the room after going out, you get a unpleasant smell everytime you walk in. However the room service is great and they cleaned the room, replace the towels daily. AC is working good and hot water is available for bathing. So overall I would recommend you to stay here.

The worst hotel that i have ever been to !!!! Inside carpets were wet and smelly...and the washrooms were horrible. And the main entrance is near the garbage collection center and its smelly as hell. Everywhere of this hotel was smelly. We didnt even took the breakfast from there eventhough we had already paid !!!

This is by far one of the worst hotels in Bangkok. The staff and management are shockingly rude and disrespectful to guests. The entire place lacks any sense of cleanliness or professionalism, both inside and out. The atmosphere is unpleasant, and it's clear that they don't care about providing a decent experience for their guests. Avoid this place at all costs!

I would rather stay in the road next time than this hotel. Do not make the mistake of booking it. It stinks. You cannot breathe. The receptionist woman are the worst in terms of behaviour. They should not be allowed in service industry.

Đây là một khách sạn rất tồi tàn nhưng lại có một cái giá trên trời đã vậy đội ngũ nhân viên lễ tân của khách sạn này có một thái độ rất khinh thường khách sạn và rất tệ hại với khách hàng . Về phòng ốc của khách sạn thì nó rất hôi và ẩm mốc , toilet thì rất dơ , và mọi thứ trong đó đều bị vàng ố , ngay cả cái vửa toilet còn bị mục . Vừa bước vào phòng thì cái mùi ẩm mốc nó nồng nàn k thể nào chịu nổi . Cửa chính của khách sạn thì ở đằng sau 1 cái cống của khách sạn nó rất hôi . As for the hotel room, it was very smelly and moldy, the toilet was very dirty, and everything in there was yellow, even the toilet seat was rotten. As soon as I entered the room, the musty smell was so strong that I couldn't stand it. The hotel's main door is behind the hotel's sewer, which is very smelly. Everything about this hotel is disgusting

LỪA ĐẢOChoosing this hotel for my trip was my worst and most wrong decision. A haunting experience, the receptionist's attitude was extremely impolite, the service quality could not be worse. The room is too old, terribly smelly, noisy, the elevator is unstable, the posted picture of the room being sold is different from the actual check-in. CHEAT

- The room was not up to standard with loose electrical outlet, mouldy shower curtain and water leaking from the toilet.- The staff seemed to be instructed not to be serviceminded and helpful. I think the hotel manager needs to bring this up to normal standard for a hotel in Bangkok.- I don't recommend the breakfast. Boring menu and the warm dishes was not warm enough.I will definitly not choose this hotel again.
