The room smells especially the bathroom...Looks like you can smoke in the roomSo it's not suitable for bringing small children...The walls look dirty...There is no parking for cars..So if you're carrying a lot of stuff from Grab, it's hard to put it down...Just win the location near Pratunam..

Our (me, my wife and my daughter) last day here before our flight back to Singapore tomorrow. All who are coming to Bangkok in the near future, please avoid this hotel that we are staying in. I have been staying cool for the sake of my daughter and do not want to make a hoo haa here in the hotel. Let me list down what we are facing these few days:Aircon frequent auto off on own.Hotel do not allow guests to keep room card in the socket to allow room aircon to be on and keep cold when guests are out.Housekeeping do not put the complimentary drinks during each day housekeeping. Got to ask but they still reluctant to give.Dial room telephone to reception, forever no one picks up. Got to walk down to reception counter to ask or talk any request.I find it ridiculous also that the housekeeping will wait for 12pm all guests check out for the day, clean those checked out rooms first, before proceeding to clean still staying guests rooms.Oh ya everything is about money here. Asked to borrow traveller adapter (as we forgot to bring one for this trip), also need to place additional deposit even though already placed THB2000 deposit for the room. Note that this hotel insist on cash deposit, no credit card authenticate etc.Money face property. Not recommended to stay here at all unless you do not mind the disturbance and you do not mind spending money to buy your own water.Only good is the location in pratunam where is a shopping heaven and the lobby display with imitate brick bears.Other than that, I WILL NOT RETURN TO STAY AGAIN!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!WOULD RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY!Was staying in a room that having electrical problem. Tripped for few times in a day (We are shopaholic and not really stay in the room for whole day). So imagine how bad is this for us, when we trying to get some rest and tripped. We ask for change room but no available room to change. Then, change a card and telling us confirm no tripped again. Still... it tripped. No choice, we have to change hotel to stay and ask for refund for second day. They asking us to tell Agoda, and said they will also let Agoda know about our issue also. So we might can get our refund back.After... no news at all. I emailed to them, no response. My friend booked another room too, we found dusty, a pack of cigarettes' box at fridge there and cockroaches ran under bed.Lobby looks modern, nice but once you went up... moldy smell :(There is still many other hotel is nearby if you looking for good location as this.

If I were to visit Bangkok again, I would still choose this hotel without hesitation! Its location is superb, just a 3-minute walk from Tha Tien Market, with many massage parlors downstairs to choose from. I highly recommend the massage parlor on the hotel's ground floor; it might not be affiliated with the hotel, but their massages are just right and very relaxing! Plus, there's a 7-Eleven a short walk away for late-night snacks. The only minor drawback is that the road downstairs can get a bit congested during rush hours, so using a motorcycle taxi is more convenient. The rooms are very clean but show a bit of age; if that doesn't bother you, I still highly recommend it!If I travel to Bangkok again, I will still choose this hotel without hesitation! It's in a very good location, only a 3-minute walk from Pratunam Market and there are many massage parlors to choose from downstairs. I especially recommend the massage shop on the first floor of the hotel. Although I'm not sure if it's related to the hotel, their massage techniques are very moderate and made me feel very relaxed! In addition, you can reach a 7-Eleven in about three minutes' walk, so you don't have to worry about running out of late-night snacks. The only small drawback is that the road downstairs may be a bit crowded during peak hours. It is recommended to use a motorcycle to travel more conveniently. The room is very clean. Although it has a bit of a historical feel, if this doesn't affect you, I still highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed there with family many years ago (December 2002) and it was a delight! Very worthwhile for a 2-star, nice breakfast, easy access to 7Eleven and shopping facilities. The staff struggled a little with English but always tried to help.
