New 5 star hotel in Bangkok! The room is clean! But the room only has instant coffee! It’s not inferior without an instant coffee machine! But the breakfast is rich and has many choices! There is a flyover on 1/F connecting BTS Phayathai Station and Airport Railway Station! Arrive at the airport in half an hour! convenient! The hotel quarantine has a foodhall! But it’s not flexible enough if you don’t accept cash! There is a Let's relax nearby, and 7-11 is also convenient!

The last stop of the airport line. It has convenient transportation to the downtown area or the airport. The staff are proactive and will open the door or ask if they need help.As soon as I get off the bus, I will help you carry things and luggage. The swimming pool and restaurant are all very goodBut the toilet is not exempt from treatment

Very disappointing experience for a 5* hotel. They don’t even bother phoning your room when a take away is delivered to reception for you. We signed up for the executive club but were rudely told we couldn’t take a can of coke to our rooms - therefore you have to drink the one in your mini fridge which is extortionately priced. They include 3 items (per room!) of washing with the executive club but you can’t combine multiple days, so we had to get a pair of socks, underwear and a shirt washed and then wait for the next day. There were very few vegan options and most of the staff don’t know what vegan even means. They just don’t have any idea about making guests comfortable - it’s the small details that count and they don’t get it at all. Having stayed at a variety of different 5* hotel chains I wouldn’t chose to stay with them again.

The advantage is that it is new, clean, and connected to the airport railroad, and has a design that feels like a typical 3-star hotel in Gangnam. The bedding is comfortable and the staff are friendly. It has everything you need for breakfast, but the taste is... haha, I don't think I need to eat it. The night before, I had room service like Phu Pad Pong Curry Pasta and Tom Yum Goong, but I felt like the pasta tasted so bad... The Tom Yum Goong was okay. The Chromecast iPhone connection worked well, so I had a good time watching Netflix. The sound of the door closing is loud, so it makes a lot of noise when the doors of other rooms open and close. The swimming pool is cold because it is on a high floor. I made a reservation for the panoramic view, which was nice because I didn't have to go to the pool to see the view, but it wasn't a special view. Overall, the view and food were mediocre, but considering the advantages of the airport railroad and the new hotel, it was good. When I asked the staff how long it would take to get to the airport, they told me that it would take 45 minutes and that there would be about 15-minute intervals (it seems to be about 45 minutes from leaving the hotel door to arriving at the airport). Please note that there is a difference between Google Maps time and public train time.Eastin Grand Hotel -> 5-minute walk from Phaya Thai Station (10 minutes to ticketing)[Actual travel time] Based on SundayDepart from Phaya Thai Station at 6:53am -> Arrive at 7:21am -> Arrive at Korean Air u counter at 7:30 (If taking a taxi, get off at Exit 9) About 10 minutes on foot from the boarding gate.
