The room is old, smells musty, the bathroom is dirty, not washed at all, there are urine stains on it. Stains all over the walls The pillows and blankets have stains💦 musty smell. 17/09/67 The overall picture is dirty.

Booked from Agoda but the room is completely different from Agoda. Some blood stain on sofa, dusty table, moldy and disgusting basin🤢 and a loud dusty aircon🥴 I couldn't even stay one night, so I immediately left that hotel. Don’t book!!!!! IT’S A SCAM HOTEL!!!!!

Very poor service regarding words spoken to customers. The room was not clean. Found many blood stains on the bed. There is no parking. Selling items that don't match the description, very bad.

My husband said he slept soundly all night.😞As for the bathroom, we're not ok with the bathroom. There's no soap holder. The shower room is very narrow. I forgot something (thousands of baht) at the hotel, so I asked the hotel to send it back along with the shipping cost and time loss. Promised to send it to you. But I waited about two weeks and it still hasn't been sent. Called to inquire but still no progress. In the end, you have to go get it yourself. (Not in Bangkok) I feel very disappointed. Speaking on the line is not good. There are calls cut. Handling this little case is very bad. If you don't buy into customers, don't recommend.

We booked this hotel through Agoda at 9 p.m. and drove from Pattaya to the hotel at 11 p.m. An employee wearing pajamas sitting at reception informed that Our room is full. We forgot to close the app. Customers can cancel via the app. Omg so much. The room is full. Forgot to close it. Let us cancel and get the money back. There's not a word of apology. When we say that you would like to help inform us of the cancellation, please? As if I'd never done it before, the employee told me to call the call center. Very poor management There is no parking along the side of the narrow road. May you prosper.

This hotel is located along Udom Suk Road in the eastern part of Bangkok. The rooms are comfortable and have a modern interior design. The area around the hotel is a typical residential area and lacks tourist resources, but there are convenience stores and quite a few restaurants across the road, and the infrastructure for daily life is well-developed.
