The design concept is very good, but unfortunately the decoration is rough and does not feel noble. The air conditioning and hot water are not ideal.

Around got bit noise until late night.Too many pub or club over there.The soundproofing of the room is average, and other decorations are new and clean.The air conditioner and water heater are very old. The air conditioner is not cold enough.

It was so noisy that it was hard to fall asleep. Just when I fell asleep, the next door was also noisy. It was also noisy downstairs and even more noisy on the other side. It was so noisy. The air conditioner was not cold at all and the water heater was not hot either.

Stayed here for 2 nights at different themed room, first night at classroom themed, second night at prison themed.Pros-Smooth check in and check out without any issue-Extra purchasable water and condom is readily in the room.-Helpful and friendly receptionist and bellboy-Close to the Malaysia border, with markets, clubs, massage, bars, bike rental shop, and McDonalds-In house massage parlour with reasonable price and good service-Hallways and rooms are well decoratedCons-The floor in the rooms are not clean, stepped on some sand in the room-Water heater is not consistent, hard to control the temperature-The in house bar is closed all the time-Voice isolation is not so great, can hear the couple upstairs

Hotel was clean and spacious. Had fun going around taking photos of all the Namewee posters/features of the hotel. Service staff were good. We tried out their Thai massage which was above average. Some people commented on noise. Our room was on the fourth floor and I could hear some music from outside but not at an unpleasant level.The 4896 cafe - at first I thought the food there might be gimmicky, and only visiting Thailand for one day I was keen to try some proper Thai food. But I later realised the cafe provides a clean, spacious, air conditioned environment to eat (with decor Namewee themed of course, and playing Namewee music videos on request). There was a Thai restaurant and a Chinese restaurant menu from nearby restaurants that you order from. We ordered a few dishes from the Thai menu and two dishes from the Chinese menu, and we were very happy with the quality of the food. I was very happy with eating at the cafe as it provided good quality food from proper restaurants but in a fun, clean, modern environment.

Nice and great hotel after the Malaysia Thailand border. Clean and spacious room. Got massage and it was great. Plenty of parking spot around. Only down side was it is surrounded by bars and pubs so it's a bit noisy at night until mid night.

Wow! It’s really a good place to relax and unwind. It’s a hotel opened by Huang Mingzhi from Malaysia. It has great rooms, massage 💆, great Chinese and Thai food, and Karaoke with great speakers. When you walk in, you feel a very clean, hygienic and smell-free place. I will continue to come here to enjoy life👏💘💝😍👍🙏

The room is good. The bed is soft, the pillows are soft. I like that there are many pillows, not stuffy pillows. There is a hair dryer and a toothpaste. Very important, there is an iron as well. I like it very much. I asked for an additional keycard and it was given to me. Just let me know if you want more. At first I was going to sleep for one night. But the service is very good. So I slept for two nights. Woke up with a headache because Hank called to ask for paracetamol. I was told I didn't have it but I still went looking for it. The hotel is very cute. Considered good service

The room is huge and comfortable. I like that the hotel has a theatre theme. Very nicely decorated. It have great sunset view on the top floor window. The M3 massage in the hotel was great. The lady knows how to do healing massage to fix my neck and shoulder stiffness issues. Also my elbow that was injured a week ago. Great experience. There's very happening night life activities near the hotel. Can have good food and relax. Also can do some shopping at the shops around the area.
