This hostel is so nice ! It is the best I've tried un Thaïland. The owner : Oat, is so kind and friendly !The rooms are clean and this place is really nice if you travel alone or with friends because you'll meet a lot of people travelling alone or in group.I felt like if I was at home in that place !

Been there only one night, but i liked the atmosphere and the kindness of the guy working there helping to get rid of some problems. Will be back if again in Bangkok. Modern look, nice common area and good location.

In 3 months of traveling this has been the worst hostel yet. The rooms are ok, but that's it. Dog turds everywhere, super messy and smells bad. …

I don’t usually write reviews, but the rating of this place needs adjustment.||We stayed here for six nights, because we couldn’t get refunds, and had booked it all beforehand. …

The only nice part about this hostel is the rooms which are okay, but the ac turns off from 1-6 pm, which is annoying. The first bad thing about this hostel is the mess everywhere. The second is that in the reception there's an awful smell of dogs all the time, and it's sooo messy. The third thing is that the breakfast is kind of meh, most mornings they only offered white bread and cornflakes nothing else. The fourth and worst thing is that they somehow forgot to train their dogs to not poop everywhere. We where there for six days and three times we got home to dog poop all over the place. They mostly pooped in our shower and in front of our toilet. So I guess what I'm trying to say is, that you can easily find something better :-) have a great stay in Bangkok.

Me and my friends were at another hostel the nights before checking in at Shaynes hostel, because we saw the pictures of a nice, comfortable and very clean hostel... But when we arrived at the hostel, our first sight was a smelly, dark and dirty reception where the owners dogs ran around pooping on the Floor. But we moved up the stairs to our, all in all, pretty nice room (in the night hours, but not the day-hours, where the aircondition is turned off), only to find another dogpoop at the doormat to the bath across our room. So we wabted to change hostel, but that wasn't possible according to the owner...To put it nicely: I wouldnt recommebd this smelly poop-inferno of a hostel...
