Comfortable accommodation, near 7-11, near the market. The owner provides very good service. The employees are friendly and helpful. If there is a chance, I will go again. We arrived at 9:00 p.m. and the door was opened and waiting.

Great stay for first time in Bangkok, clean rooms, very friendly staff, 7/11 nearby and cooked breakfast can be ordered from the Tavee Guesthouse further down in the lane way. Also within walking distance to the ferry to visit temples etc. Highly recommended!

Great place in Bangkok!Well placed to visit the temples along the river by accessing the boat at Tewet!The Siam district is less accessible from here, but doable by bus, a train line is under construction, which will solve this problem!The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean and large, well equipped!

Nice and clean accommodation for great value. The location is also very good since 7/11 is just across the street and great restaurant is almost at the doorstep .Add kind and helpful host to the package and you have a wining combination 👌

Thank you for everything Jay for the welcome and all the information given during our stay (2 weeks in total).We came on our backpacking trip with my boyfriend before going to Laos and returned a few weeks after Cambodia as we enjoyed our stay in Sri-Ayuttaya. I would say this is the only place where we felt so much at home in 4 months of traveling around Asia: the rooms are very comfortable and quiet, for a very very reasonable price for the city, the cleanliness is impeccable, the host is unparalleled in kindness and helpfulness, in short, don't hesitate to sleep there, or even stay there for several days!The breakfasts are also very good (and the club sandwiches!).Eva and Victor

If you like it quiet, this is the right place for you. Located on Thewet Pier and next door is the Shanti Lodge for a good meal. And there is also a vegetable and fish market to explore on the small river.

Cozy guest house in a quiet neighborhood within a short walk of street food vendors, a market, a 7-11, ATMs, a few other guest houses and a local-owned coffee shop. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. They have done a lot of nice renovations since the last time I stayed. The interior is largely made of teak wood and has a classic Thai feeling. There are rooms with either inside bathrooms or shared bathrooms, and with air conditioning or a fan, at different price levels. The place is very well run, and offers laundry service, has a small restaurant downstairs with good food, and they can arrange tours and taxi service to the airport. This is a multi-story building, and the stairs are a bit steep, so be careful. It can be difficult to explain to taxis how to get there, but most know the nearby intersection called Si Sao Thewet (pronounced "see sow tey-wait").

Wow! An unbelievably excellent find! OMG you’d be lucky to stay here in an original teakwood guesthouse.. with a super friendly staff, amazingly excellent Thai cuisine.. And so close to a pier where you can catch a water taxi..to go on day trips any place in Bangkok. WOW! again.
