Old room, at this price it's better to try and find a new room. Have you ever been to the post office to deliver something? Items were lost because of the dormitory system, meaning they were placed in piles together.

The hotel is located in lat Krabang and offer the worst customer service ever. They want to get every ounce of money from you. Poor Erik service and very rude staff. Be careful while paying and staying. They will tell you the rent of the hotel and while checking out they will ask you extra making excuses that room is dirty and other excuses. They will threaten you that if you don’t pay they will put the passport in immigration so that you can’t come back. So that’s the problem. Very very rude staff and the lady in the front desk.

Rooms are a bit dated and dingy but not terrible for the price. The woman working the check-in desk was incredibly unhelpful. As I was checking out, I asked for a paperclip. She just waved me off and mumbled something. I realized she didn't speak English, so I tried to use Translate and she wouldn't even look at the phone. She just raised her voice and waved her hand at me like she was shooing me away. We had not had any exchanged before this this. All that had been said wad her saying "checking out?" me saying "yes" and handing her the key, so I can't imagine I had done anything to annoy her.

I recently stayed at the Grand Airport Resort in Bangkok, and unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. While the location might be convenient for close proximity to the airport. Uncomfortable Room Temperature: The air conditioning unit in my room malfunctioned. Instead of providing cool air, it dripped water onto the floor and offered minimal cooling effect. This made the room uncomfortably hot and humid, significantly impacting my sleep quality.

This Grand Airport Resort, in American terms, is a flop house. Do NOT let the name Resort trick you as it did me. Had to stay for a layover at the BKK airport for a few nights. I paid for a basic room. The mattress was on the floor with no box spring or basic mattress frame, which left it highly uncomfortable. The toilet was dirty, and the shower location and the toilet were practically on top of each other. This means you would have to physically remove the roll of toilet paper out of the restroom to shower to avoid it from being soaked, leaving it beyond usable from showering, and bumping your knees on the toilet while showering because it was that poorly designed. After the shower, you have to dry an area off to replace the bathroom tissue because the bathroom tissue paper holder was broken. I did not expect luxury for this price, but eww is the best way to describe this place.

It is a perfect resort close to the airport, super friendly staff, the room is fine, a short walk from a restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal or drink.We will use it again in a short time because we regularly have to pick up friends from the airport.

We had low expectations and it fell short by quite someway. Linen was stained, bathroom mirror bracket broken (adjusted it so it looked ok as per photo), main bedroom light stayed half on when switch off. One Dow light not working. Bath mat falling apart. Towels tough and old, air con noisy. Parking challenging. Won’t be back.

Daily accommodation is good. Came to stay during 4 There is still parking in the evening. There are plenty of parking spaces, but if you come late at night You may have to park multiple cars. The room we got was on the 3rd floor. It had air conditioning, a refrigerator, complete toiletries, and a work desk in both places. The room smelled really good and was clean. After reading other reviews, I was secretly afraid. But when it actually comes, it's exactly as the cover says. It may not be very new. But cleanliness is ok. The room smells good, doesn't have a musty smell, has a balcony corner, has 3 power sockets, has many points. We connected to WiFi at the accommodation. The internet is very fast. There is a signal transmitter in the room. The TV is clear and can be used, the air conditioner is cool, there is a refrigerator, a hair dryer, and there is a restaurant where you can order and eat. Near the airport, you can often hear the sound of airplanes. For us, booking through Booking 670.- is considered worthwhile.

It smells bad. poorly cleaned. Wi fi doesn't work. Old furniture. For 900 baht per day this is bad. But it’s my own fault that I didn’t book a room in advance in a nearby hotel and there were no places there, so they took me here from there. The Thai women scream endlessly outside the door. Worst hotel I've ever been to.Advice to travelers: book your seats in advance and don’t be fooled by websites that offer you seats, they may not be available.

The bed had only a top half sheet, is this the new norm? Ok for midgets.Only paper cups to make coffee, lamp above bed not working, toilet roll broken, tap in sink wobbly. No receptionist service, security guard gives room key, not much sleep as planes fly above room.
