Maybe it's not a palace but a good stanard Thai hotel. Basic rooms but very clean and equipted with everything needed. The owners are very friendly and try to help with everything. Parking is available at side. Small breakfast available free of charge. A bunch of restaurants are within walking distance. I wouldn't recommend to book with Agoda or other booking services. Better book direct at the hotel.

The rooms are clean and have air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, water heater, spacious, convenient, no musty smell. There is a small balcony as well. Sufficient for sleeping then go outside There is no need to spend a lot of time in the hotel.The owner provides friendly, hospitable service.Location near the city, walking areaIt is a 2-story residence. If you are a family with a lot of things, you may ask for the ground floor.

It was hard to enjoy the room as main amenity - aircon was broken. The sensor could not respond to the remote. Aircon unit is very old, we kinda expected proper working aircon for the money we paid.When we arrived staff had no clue about our reservation, and when we came Bach two hours later we were given the available room but not the room we originally booked.The parking was full.Wifi barely working in the room.Don't pay more than 700 baht per night for this place.
