It's still under renovation, so room conditions may vary from room to room, but the staff are very friendly and the location is great.

First of all, the location is really good. The location is truly stellar, with a supermarket in the basement, a currency exchange office on the first floor, various restaurants and cheap pharmacies nearby, a port to Icon Siam Street, etc.Luckily, I was assigned a renovated room on a high floor and stayed there.First of all, the room is really large (kitchen, living room, bedroom), the bathroom is spacious, there is a residence-level kitchen, and there is a lot of storage space, so it is comfortable. It's white in tone, so it's clean, and most of all, there are chairs on the balcony, so it's nice to see the night view. And the air conditioner is really great. Even if you turn it off and go out, it gets cool right away.I only sleep in hotels at night, so I don't know how much construction noise is.Rather, the road noise...The staff were friendly, and most of all, the location was great, so it was really comfortable :)However, as of the end of September, most facilities cannot be used, so it may be inconvenient for those who have limited time to stay at the hotel. If you have a lot of schedules like me and travel around a lot, this is your chance. After the renovation, I don't think you'll see this price again.Oh, and the renovated room smells like a new home. Please note that there are no insect screens for ventilation (there were no mosquitoes in the upper floors at the end of September).

disadvantageHammering until 12 AM haha, this is better haha. I thought I was having a heart attack while sleeping due to the sound of the outdoor unit. I slept with the air conditioner off and it got better. I could also hear the sound of the switch in the next room turning on and off.meritGood location. There are a lot of fruits and snacks in front of the accommodation haha.

The front desk and bellboys are all friendly and the location is good. Perhaps because it was a residence type, the room and living room were separated, but it was very spacious, which was nice.

The tv doesn't work 90% of the time. Air con is either too warm or too cold, wifi is slow.Far from the usual shopping city area at least 1plus hours by taxi during peak hours or 30 mins during nom peakRoom is big though but old dated.Verdict. Not coming back

Outstanding location central to ferry, sky rail, bus, tuk tuk and taxi. Renovations were annoying sending us outside in the rain to go into Robinson's supermarket when there was an internal connecting door and no work preventing it's use. Not a friendly choice.Staff mostly friendly and helpful except on check-in who ignored everything we had paid for and stuck us in a lower standard room leaving us to fight for our paid rights for the next 4 days. I thought hotels had stopped this silly game 8 years ago. EG we booked a river view room. Got a 1metre wide river glimpse. Not on a high floor but the renovations caused that. However a quality hotel would have compt some favours to make up. They're just a little mean. And the continuous flow executive lounge was pointless offering nothing but what was already in the rooms. So a bit of false advertising there. Not worth paying extra for. They also have a silly closing time for the otherwise lovely pool. Again unnecessarily officious. I realise they want to discourage rowdy behaviour but it's an unlicensed hotel so this is not likely. I have physio issues And needed the pool at the end of the night. They could if they cared code room keys for pool use for residents who sign off on no life guard and personal responsibility. No liability for the hotel.Loved the kitchen and laundry facilities in the room. TV for English language viewing was rubbish. Sport and news. No movies. But in fairness that's all over Thailand these days.Cleaning staff were fast and friendly and helpful. However the hotel would be smart to send them to make up a room whilst the occupants were at breakfast. Easy to arrange. We were out 1½hrs for breakfast and returned to an unmade room. With Bangkok not opening till 10 or 11 am this left is sitting around in our own mess.Would I use it again? For business or if travelling alone yes. With my wife for a holiday no way
