We had a great stay here! Super convenient because the hotel is just 2-minute walk to the Nana BTS station, plus 7-11 store is right in front of the hotel. The staff is very kind and approachable, and every corner of the hotel is super cute haha! Will definitely come back next time!

4 stars for the service. The staff (front desk and cleaning crew) are sooooo nice, warm and attentive. The person referring to the Lyf guards as jail guards… there was zero vibe like that here. Now on to the rooms and the hotel itself. I thought this hotel would be similar to Sojo Hotels, but no. The cleanliness was great. However, these rooms are tiny. I was barely comfortable as a solo traveler, I don’t know how couples are getting by. The walls are incredibly thin. I heard people being intimate and you can hear people hocking mucus in the shower. Pretty gross. Def not family friendly. This place is perfect for backpackers, or those who won’t need to be in their room for very long. As others have stated, there are no TVs in the rooms. But I don’t watch TV so that was fine with me. No issues with the WIFI. I do feel that the laundry should’ve been free. I’ve been to different hotels that offered laundry and this is the first time I’ve been charged. Also, I’m not a fan of co-living spaces in general. I don’t believe they should exist. I understand the concept, but co-living spaces are pretty much you’re getting something for less. (Look at all this stuff we provide for you for tiny accommodations). I say this as a millennial from the US. I should’ve paid more attention to it being that type of space prior to booking. But I just really needed to do laundry. The location is perfect for getting to the metro. However, you should book your grab at least 10 to 15 mins before you need to leave just in case. The traffic can get bad, but you’re in the city. What do you expect? All in all I did have a nice stay. The staff truly is amazing. But it just wasn’t my cup of tea. I’d stay again maybe for a night or two. Def not a week.

Amazing hotel for the price that we paid for! Staffs are friendly and helpful during our stays. If you want to be close to the shopping malls LYF is the way to go.

A clean hotel. You do not hear the sound of loud music. It is close to the BTS metro station in downtown Bangkok. Restaurants, markets, parks, and the train are close to you. The room is clean and air-conditioned. The bathroom has a shower. There is a private parking lot at the hotel. There is a laundry and a dryer for 100 baht. There is an equipped kitchen. You can store your things in the kitchen. Or the kitchen refrigerator, and write on the bag the room number, the date, and your last name. There is free water on every floor. I recommend it. I stayed there for 4 nights and did not feel anxious, thanks to God Almighty, and from Him alone. There are sitting areas and a small garden on the roof. I hope to God Almighty that I have conveyed some information about you, O God, Amen. Prayers Peace be upon the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds alone, with no partner

A newly opened hotel right next to BTS NANA. LYF is a hotel brand that has opened in Japan in Ginza, Tenjin, and soon Shibuya, and has a wonderful concept of ``creating connections between people.'' The facilities are minimal, but it's clean and the price is low, which is very welcome in these days of high prices. Anyway, there are many opportunities for "sharing", and it is easy to use like a hostel, and there is relatively a lot of interaction between hotel staff and guests, and between guests.I would recommend it to people who want to keep costs down and value the encounters they have while traveling.You can feel the human touch. It felt like a hotel.Used by mother and child (5 and 3 years old) in August 2024. Details below.■RoomIt was just built and is clean and beautiful. Although it has a compact structure, it is relatively comfortable even with children because it has a raised bed and a floor bed. It's probably a good idea to bring your children as long as they are small. There are no closets, refrigerators, mini kitchens, etc. There are hanger hooks. There is a large shared refrigerator in the shared kitchen on the lobby floor, and each person can put a name tag on their own items and put them in the refrigerator. There is no drinking water in the room, but there are water servers on each floor. Some amenities, such as toothbrushes, can be obtained by requesting them at the front desk. There is no bathtub, but the shower is easy to use and has good water pressure. The toilet and wash basin are also separate, so you can use the water area without stress.■EquipmentThere is a shared kitchen, shared washing machine, and shared dryer, so you won't have any problems even if you stay for a long time. In the morning, a simple breakfast (croissants, eggs, fruit, yogurt, juice and milk) is provided in the shared kitchen, and you can take whatever you like and share your seat at a long table in the co-working space in the lobby. You can also fry your own eggs in the kitchen.■LobbyThe hotel's original tuk-tuk and saochincha displays are unique and playful. The children were happy to be able to ride in the tuk-tuk. Art workshops are held during the day, and movies are shown at night, naturally attracting people to the lobby.■Surrounding environmentThere's a 7-Eleven across the street, so it's convenient. It's about a 5-minute walk from the station, and the road from the station to the hotel is lined with open-air bars and is lively, so you can walk with peace of mind.

Take a U-turn from Exit 4 of Nana Station, turn right at the next road, and it will be right on your left!It's near the station, right in front of a convenience store, has cheap and good massages, and a cheap and delicious local restaurant, making it the perfect place to be.It's a drinking district, or rather, there are many bars with heavy bass that make you feel like you're in a club, and on weekends it's noisy until late, so it's probably not suitable for people who want to spend a quiet time.This is a clean hotel perfect for those who want to enjoy Thailand's downtown area.The laundry has a drum-type washer and dryer that can be used at any time. Each use costs 100 baht. (You can exchange it for a token at the front desk. You will also receive a single use of detergent!)Regarding negative points that reduced the number of stars for the room:I don't know if it was because I was running the ventilation fan in the room, but the smell of cigarettes kept coming through, making me feel as if I was smoking in the room.

Stayed here for 3 Nights but its one of the worst hotels i stayed being a frequent visitor to Bangkok.The rooms are tiny.Location is near BTS but sharing the same Alley as doggy pubs and bars.Its difficult to get a Grab or Bolt cos the main toads outside is normally jammed.The sound Proofing is non existence as you can hear people talking and closing the door.Room service is once in 2 days.There is no TV in the room or rather there is no TV in the whole Hotel.The pillows are soft almost impossible to sleep with them.I would greatly advise not to stay here despite the wallet friendly price. There are better alternative at the same price. Stay at your own risk.

Any friends who are looking for a chic place to stay, convenient to travel, I recommend this place, lyf Sukhumvit 8 Bangkok.It is a hotel with beautiful design and extremely chic architecture. Bringing together the distinctive features of Thailand in each place, such as tuk-tuks, giant swings, Wat Chaeng, arranged in perfect proportions. There are many photo corners. No matter what angle you take, The picture that came out Definitely beautiful. There is also an activity zone for us to fully enjoy, such as DIY Workshop and fun games. There is also a laundry room on the same floor.C really likes the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff here. It's like we're staying at a friend's house. If you're stuck, if you want anything, you can inform the staff. Everyone is ready to help us as best they can.There are also cooking activities for guests staying at the hotel. The day Xi went to rest, Xi had the opportunity to make fried spring rolls for the first time in her life. I just found out that it's very easy to do. 🇹🇭2.3 minutes walk from Exit 4 of BTS NANA Station.A newly opened hotel.The hotel has a colorful atmosphere, and each floor has a theme, and the room I stayed in was on the tuk-tuk🛺 floor.The location was convenient for people who wanted to get to the downtown area quickly.NANA area is a town where the atmosphere changes completely from day to night.The rooms are compact, so this hotel is recommended for college backpackers and friends who want to have fun together.There is a 7-Eleven in front of you.⚠️There is no refrigerator in the room. No bathtub, shower only.There are two large refrigerators in the common area on the first floor.The kitchen is also located in the common area.It's the type of hotel where you write your name on it and put it on the fridge.No water in the room.Instead, there is a water server on each floor.Bread and pastries for breakfast 🥐 were delicious, and they even make egg dishes on the spot 🍳What was interesting was that they had rice porridge and cup ramen, and you could make your own 🍜First experience of instant porridge.It was so delicious that I couldn't help but go to the 7-Eleven right in front of me and buy one for my home as a souvenir😋It was a cute hotel with a coin laundry and an elevator that looked great🧡💛Have fun with your friends! Nice hotel at the centre of Sukhumvit. Easy access to BTS. Ben, the receptionist was always in smile and ensured a smooth check in facilities. If you request them they can also allow extended check out . The hotel is not much old it seems since everything was working great.

The location is so goodNana Station and Asok Station are both very close and good.The lobby on the first floor is very spacious and feels like a waiting space where you can sit and relax.Air conditioner7-Eleven ATM right across from the accommodation,There are street vendors, restaurants, bars, etc.Cons: Refrigerator in room x communal refrigerator on 1st floor, need to use communal kitchenIt's mainly a place to eat and sleep outside.The best accommodation for location, coolness, convenience, and price.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area with many bars, so I made sure to request a quiet room. The interior is beautifully designed, featuring unique decor, including a tuk-tuk and a spacious common kitchen. Each floor has its own distinct style. The rooms are clean, though on the smaller side.However, I was placed in a room with a drainage pipe running behind the wall, and when it rained at night, the noise from the water was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep. Another downside was the pillows, which were very hard and uncomfortable.Despite these issues, the room was well-equipped with all the essentials. I stayed for two days and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Terminal 21 shopping mall and only a minute away from the metro. It’s a great place to stay for a couple of days.
