I was there to pick up my tourists so no rating on the room. In general, the reception hall is spacious and have enough seats for coming guests. Quite big hotel comparing to other hotel or hostel in the heart of Khaosan road. Good hospitality in general. Not recommend for those who really like quiet place or have difficulty to sleep as this quarter will be awake during the night for the visitors who come and enjoy night life at the bars and party🎉 It is very easy somehow for those who intend to enjoy their night life here.

If you want to be in the action for dirt cheap! Basically it was old, dated and smelly. Only advantage you get to drunk to go back to nicer hotel and you don't want to be on the street.

It's very comfortable in the middle of Khaosan Road, but the rooms are small and the service is not very good. But the price is cheap and a crazy festival is in full swing outside the hotel. If you want to enjoy Khaosan Road, it's okay to stay for a few days.

Are you crazy? Ji-in called me without setting up the towels. It was ridiculous that she kept them for me for so long. They didn't clean well and I stayed for a week and they were dirty.

I checked in on the night of September 10th. I don't know the name of the lady who was in charge of the front office mid-night duty . Her face and manner of communication were super rude. I have visited many countries and this is the first time I have met such rude people in the hotel industry. I am very disappointed. And it's a hotel, and when we made an adapter request, they didn't even provide adapters

Located in the heart of super busy party place Khoa San. Lotsa eateries, pubs and massage places. The rooms were quiet despite being steps away from the loud clubs. Super comfy beds and pillows. Nice hot shower.

We booked several rooms as we had family coming as well and we booked the rooms our family arrived before us and tried to check the receptionist told them that the the booking was not successful and would not let them check we contacted the hotel with our booking numbers which was confirmedgxxcfffc and paid for the receptionist was trying to get us to pay cash at the counter with her at double the rate we had already paid online my family had been standing in the lobby for; 4 hour's to be told to leave that they couldn’t wait inside so had to Stan on the street with there luggage e children we arrived and went to reception and showed our bookings to be told none of us were now welcome to stay I contacted Agoda that we booked the hotel with we watched as the phone rang which was Agoda trying to contact the hotel and she would not answer to them Agoda tried to contact them for days they still haven’t responded for over a week to call or email she new she had been caught out trying to scam people she was trying to pocket the extra money herself not mention she had several disagreement with other guests while we were there we ended having to walk around at midnight with luggage and children trying to book into another hotel

Service 1a. We checked out at 5am, realized we had booked the wrong bus and checked back in at 7am, were allowed to stay in the room until 12pm and then use the pool and store luggage all day. Great location on Khaosan Road, our room was still super quiet. Room for €11 per night was perfect, bed was super comfortable, bathroom was big. There was a slight smell, which disappeared immediately after switching on the powerful air conditioning.

⚠️Not a 3 star hotel, just a love hotel⚠️When I looked it up on Agoda, this hotel was listed as one of the top recommendations, so I made a reservation based on the location. I took a tuk-tuk and arrived at this hotel, which was facing a noisy nightclub street. (I thought it was at least behind the street) Because of that, the security is bad, and there are a lot of locals and tourists hanging out in front of the hotel, which is the worst. In the end, Catch was clinging to me, which made me uncomfortable. Do not rely on photos of the exterior. This hotel is not a resort, it's just a love hotel in a club town. I don't think there is any photo fraud like this. I was attracted to the rooftop pool, but it was actually a filthy pool that wasn't kept well. To be honest, I seriously considered canceling when I saw my hotel reservation in front of me, but of course I was asked for a cancellation fee, so I reluctantly checked in. I entered the room from the lobby, thinking that the noise would go away once I entered the hotel, but because the walls of the building were thin, there was a lot of noise. The club DJ's bass was so loud that the walls and windows were shaking. Each nightclub is colliding with different sounds. It's quite unpleasant. I'm glad I booked a one night stay. It's the kind of place where you can go to a nightclub and drink and have fun until the morning, and then come home tired. (Is there any use for it?) However, even in the morning when the nightclub is closed, the cleaning staff and the customers on the same floor are noisy. I think it's easy to understand if you imagine the love hotel district of Dogenzaka in Shibuya.↑I guess it depends on the person staying there.From here it gets even worse.There were more than 20 flies and unknown insects in the washroom and shower room that also served as a toilet. (From large insects to small insects) We even saw cockroaches...The inside of the room was so damp that I thought the pillows and sheets were wet. There's mold growing, and the wood on the doors and windows is rotting, and some parts are broken, so it's generally dirty and dangerous. Are you paying a fairly high price to stay in a ruin? I thought. If you're here, we highly recommend staying in cheap dorms, guesthouses, or hotels. (Things I've noticed after staying in hotels in many countries) There are cockroaches, the smell of marijuana and mold is terrible, and even when I asked the front desk to change my room, they just kept saying, ``It's booked, it's fully booked.'' It's obvious that it shouldn't be like that in a huge hotel, but it's one point. I was completely taken aback. I think the management and staff are too good.When you look at the photos of the rooms, exteriors, and pools posted on hotel websites and on the internet, such as Google, they look very beautiful and attractive, but in reality they are crap.I would like to tell you about the hotel's amenities: 2 glasses, 2 drinking water, soap, hair dryer, TV, refrigerator, and air conditioner.*Normal amenities*At the very least, I would like you to prepare shampoo or body soap and a toothbrush (lol)If you read this review, we strongly recommend that you consider another hotel to avoid wasting your time. I don't usually write reviews, but since this is such a terrible hotel, I would like to share it here with everyone before more people become victims.

I recently stayed at this hoteland overall, it was a decent experience, especially considering the value for money. The highlight of my stay was the swimming pool—the saline water made swimming a breeze, and it was quite refreshing after a day of exploring the city.However, there were a few downsides. The biggest issue I encountered was the difficulty in reaching the reception. Every time I tried calling, the line couldn't be connected. This was particularly frustrating when I accidentally left my key inside the room. Unfortunately, you can't request help from another room; you have to go all the way to the first floor to speak with the receptionist.The hotel is ideal for those who are here to enjoy the nightlife. Khao San Road is bustling with restaurants and bars that play loud music until 3-4 AM. If you're a light sleeper or not interested in the nightlife, the noise might be a dealbreaker.Overall, it's a good choice for those who prioritize value and are looking to enjoy the vibrant nightlife, but be prepared for some inconveniences.

First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, a male staff member (?) spoke to us strongly in the local language, and when we were confused and didn't understand what was being said, he looked clearly taken aback and shook his head. It turned cold and left. The escalator was also stopped for a long time. (Even when checking out)The room smelled like a changing room at a pool, was musty, damp, and squishy.The bed was so damp that I thought it had been sprayed with a mist.The entire room clearly didn't seem to be cleaned properly, and there were a lot of small flies near the faucet. The walls are also quite thin.It's located on Khao San Road, so even if the windows are closed, you can't sleep because of the music from the club.The noise finally subsided around 3am.The receptionist will warn you, ``I can hear you all the way to the music room, is that okay?''I was lured by the low price and made a reservation on the same day, but I think it varies depending on the room, but at least the condition of the room we stayed in was below the price.I strongly believed that I should not be fooled by the photos. If you don't want to stay in a dormitory and just need a cheap way to beat the heat, it's worth staying.Not recommended for long stays.I thought it would be best to stay at a cheap love hotel where I could go for a break after playing around at clubs until the morning.

I recently visited my friends who stayed at Dang Derm Hotel, which is right in the middle of the famous Khaosan Street. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service felt racially biased, with noticeable differences in how guests were treated based on their background. This made the stay for my friends and my visit uncomfortable and less enjoyable.The rooms are just average, nothing special, and certainly not worth the trouble given the service. On the plus side, the location is convenient for accessing all the nearby attractions, which is about the only major benefit of staying here. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a welcoming environment
