I want to change the shower head. Room 700 and 800 have old shower heads that can't be adjusted either. Other than that, everything is good.

The family is a person who likes to play in the water. So I looked for a hotel with a swimming pool. But when I came across this place, I felt a very bad feeling. The swimming pool looks superficial. It's a beautiful swimming pool. Actually, it shouldn't be opened for play because the ground beneath it has a lot of rust and some spots. The tiles below peeled off in a wide area.The elevator does not have a safety certificate. When it's up there's a sway. Scary noisereceptionist Looks unfriendly Talk and don't welcome guests. Inside the lobby is very hot, there is no air conditioning, there is no staff to help carry the luggage, you have to drag it in yourself.

I reserved two rooms for me and my children, and there is an old employee who wears glasses. She responds and refuses nervously and refuses the reservation and says that she must take a third room, knowing that the children are with me, one of them sleeps with me and the rest sleep in another room... and I came from the airport at 4 in the morning, tired and had to rent a third room... and the disaster occurred after entering. In the rooms, I found an extra sofa. To be honest, the woman at the reception hated me in all of Thailand. After entering the rooms, I found the bathroom door and the finishing of the rooms old and not worth the value I paid. I intended to stay in the hotel for three days, but after treating this old woman, I left at 11 am. By God, I only slept for two hours. It was worse. My experience in hotels, even though I went to 60 countries around the world... I will file a complaint everywhere. This woman’s behavior and behavior hate you throughout the country... I was hired on 7/7/2024 at 4 am.

One of my standard accommodations when I'm in Bangkok. However, it is a bit out of the way and therefore a bit difficult without your own vehicle. Otherwise, it is in a quiet location and everything you need is close by. The staff is friendly and helpful, "parking" your suitcase or vehicle for a "transitional period" is no problem

I stayed here for 4 nights and ordered breakfast for 4 nights, but I ate it for 2 nights, but they asked me to pay for the next 2 nights. Well, it's not a lot of money, it's about 110 baht, but in Korean currency it's about 4,000? Won, so I think it's not about money, but about trust. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the gym pool was okay.

A very simple hotel, but unfortunately the breakfast with warm dishes was cold. The pool is pleasant with extra showers and toilets 👍Lots of street food nearby in the evenings and a mega shopping center within walking distance 😊

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in in Thailand. I don't understand how they still get guests here. The staff don't know the cleanliness. It's extremely loud so it's hard to sleep. The bathroom is so terrible that you don't even dare to use the toilet...

For us, the location is great, since we wanted to see the neighborhood where the locals live rather than the center, it is close to the airport. The cleanliness could have been better, but again nothing that could not be survived (things from other guests were left in the refrigerator) The air conditioning turned itself off at night. Many guests stay for 2 months because of the price. Wi-fi without problems. For that price, it's hard to find fault. The restaurant offers some food, but not much choice and a higher price than in the surrounding area. The pool is the best, and the depth of 120 cm doesn't even include a deckchair, but it's enough to cool off. Otherwise, the hotel is well equipped, but the staff doesn't know much English.
