Stay for a period of approximately 3 months. For the excess, the dormitory charges it on a daily basis so that you do not waste a lot of money. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cool, and using only one key card is very convenient. Now I have left the dormitory because I have to travel to another place. Recommend staying here. The deposit is fully refunded within 7 days. There are no deductions for any expenses. The room rental service was explained very well. There is convenient parking. The older sister at the dorm was kind and smiling while talking. From the actual experience of staying there. P.S. The food is convenient. There's a lot in front of the alley, next to 7-Eleven.

Employees are quite selective about their services. When it comes to parking, you have to pay an additional parking fee per car. Regarding loud noises, some rooms can be reported, some cannot be reported. Just tell me to adjust all kinds of settings here and there. Overall, the service staff is not very good. But the room is good.

There is a 7-11 within a 1-2 minute walk.The deposit is received in QR and returned in QR. Foreigners may have deposit problems.There aren't many places for Lee Dong-na to go.If you have a means of transportation, you will be free.Guests are assigned to the first floor.I think the noise problem that others are talking about is a mixed bag. Since it's on the 1st floor, you can hear traffic, but the room between floors and next door varies depending on the guests in other rooms.The air conditioner is old, but works well.

The dormitory is clean, nice, and the staff are lovely. Very helpful. Not far from the main road, there is a 7-11 nearby, very convenient.There is ample parking available. (Recently purchased additional to expand the parking space)

Very loud, especially Chinese people It's still not quiet after midnight. Notifying the staff was no better. There is parking inside the dormitory fence and outside the dormitory. Come early so you can park in the fence. Come late so you can park outside the fence. But I don't understand why the guard allowed me to double-park my car inside the fence even though the parking space was already full. And it took a very long time for the double-parked cars to move out. Whoever is unlucky is unable to leave during an emergency because the double-parked car won't move for them. (and have encountered it before)

The employee who is the boss definitely talks to the tenants a lot, asking questions, likes to make faces, doesn't welcome guests, the tenants brought money, didn't come to ask to use the parking lot, there are few cars, some cars can't be used, many cars should be moved to park. Other places are divided into other rooms for parking.

Very good accommodation, clean, has parking available. Suitable for people who have a lot of cars. At night there is a security guard who closes the gate. Good location, close to the main road, close to 7-11, just walk about 50 meters. Anyone needing a place to stay in this area, I recommend it.

The housekeeper is friendly, speaks well, the place is clean because the housekeeper cleans regularly, is not fussy, stays calm, not loud, no drugs. There was no quarreling. The rent is about 5,000 baht per month. It's acceptable. The food cooked to order is delicious and the price is cheap. The kind-hearted aunt makes it very delicious. It's just a waste. Cars around here move fast and are loud.
