Accommodation is adequate, like a student dormitory. But parking is a bit difficult. The parking space is not very wide.

Before booking to stay here, I had read quite a few reviews. Overall, they have reviewed it. It depends on who is convenient. We had a convenient location near the Thammasat University Rangsit exam location, so we chose to reserve our stay here.The room condition is acceptable according to the price and location. The air conditioner is cool and the bed and mattress are adequate. Waited a long time for the room to enter (11:00 a.m.). The balcony has a clothes dryer, hot air from the air compressor dries quickly. The bathroom is small, the door next to the toilet bowl is difficult to open and close.The bathroom is old and should be improved to be cleaner and more usable. There is a water heater but it doesn't turn on.The room next to the parking lot in the back will have the sound of people coming to sit and play the car remote control signal or some kind of siren warning sound. Disturbing people staying, causing them to be suspicious whether something was going on or not.At night you can sleep normally. Stayed just one night. In the morning, I hurried out to take the exam at 7:30 a.m. The review is as follows.

Run away, don't stay, very below standard, very bad, dirty room, dirty bathroom, old and torn mattress set should be replaced. It's like deceiving customers at 550 per night. Unfortunately, the location is advantageous, next to Thammasat University.

The location is near Thammasat. The room is adequate if your house is in the provinces. The house is not luxurious. The price is reasonable with the room and location. The only problem is that the air conditioner is not cool. Because the compressor is in the bathroom and is very hot. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to put the compressor in the hallway in front of the room instead. Otherwise, the hotel will waste money on electricity and the air conditioner will break quickly.

Came to take the exam at the Thammasat University Examination Center. The surrounding accommodations were all full, so I reserved this place through the Agoda app. The price was ≈570+, quite acceptable. The head of the bed was a shuttered window + with a wooden door + any walls, ceilings, which were not kept at all. The sounds that were always heard were sounds like water pumps, people walking, people talking, and motorbikes driving around. The sound of someone dragging a chair People were pounding curry paste, frying food, frying omelets (I'm sure because of the smell, haha). The bed was very hard, the bathroom was cramped and there was water seeping in from the room above. And be careful, there is no strainer in the water. There was also a baby centipede coming out.Travel with Por. 510, get off at Kritsada Grand Park Village sign, 25฿.

Speak like a dog without being sarcastic. The room was not an issue. As narrow as a mouse hole, the floor is peeling, the noise is loud, the bathroom is small, it's worth 500 to go somewhere else.

Suitable for taking a break before taking an exam near Thammasat University. You can walk out and sit and win. There are noodles made to order, Somtam, in front of the alley. In case you're hungry and don't go anywhere The room next to the stairs was noisy all night. The air conditioner was on and off. The keycard insert was not good. The sheets didn't quite cling to the bed. The bed was uncomfortable. We fell asleep and woke up. The room we were in was quite damp and difficult to breathe. Both of us came back sick. Price 5xx/night.

The air conditioner is not cool at all. The balcony was very hot. The room was musty. The drinking water provided was already open. Wouldn't change it, the shower was broken, the bathroom was cramped, the TV was very small, the removable table legs weren't strong anymore.

Very bad. Reserved two rooms to stay on February 17th, paid with credit card, but when I arrived, I was told that the system had been deducted because the deposit had not been paid. And what about the money deducted from the card? This hotel is cheating. Don't stay. I will complain to the utmost. You guys cheat customers out of money. If you want to make a living like this, just shut it down. I have a confirmation payment receipt. I will complain to the utmost.

Quite scary, the air conditioner is not cool, there are a lot of mosquitoes. The bathroom door doesn't work. Parking is very narrow, not worth the price. Consider the hard mattress, cramped bathroom, and if you ask to move rooms, they won't tell you, which is normal. Paid 2 days, rested one day, asked to move but didn't let me in, got 9, got out 10 but paid for 2 days.

The accommodation is near Thammasat University, Rangsit. In front of the alley there is a motorcycle taxi. 40 baht to Thammasat University. The room looks OK. Compared to the price (550 per night), there aren't any restaurants nearby, so it might be a bit difficult to walk around and find something to eat nearby.

The rooms are relatively cheapest in the area.The room is clean, there is no refrigerator for sleeping only.Parking is enough.The entrance is narrow and it's difficult to go out and have to make a U-turn. It's far away, but it's close to a lot of food sources. You might be able to sit and win or order food to eat.
