Very bad experience, after paying a full days room rent for 3 hours they were very rigid and non cooperative. Never trust this people. It was nothing short of a nightmare. The whole of bangkok was nice except this hotel. Will never stay again with them.

A bad experience, non cooperative staff, very impractical. Our checkin was 8.30 am and checkout 11.30 am a total of 3 hours in the morning, no third person wanted to stay, the third person had to just drop the baggage. We wanted to speak to the owner and explain which was also flatly denied.

I went in just to sleep while on the move.I stayed on the 5th floor, but the elevator was unusable~ㅜㅠThe host was friendly and the room cleaning was very satisfactory.

My all time favorite hotel in Bangkok. Front desk manager was very accommodating and friendly. The family room was very clean, the cleanest I’ve ever been to so far in Bangkok. I will definitely stay here again.
