The room is 25m2 but quite small, only has a 1m2 bed (according to the hotel, it is a large bed), there is no walkway, if you want to go, you have to step on the bed and go to the other side.Service is okay, there is an elevator. On the day of check out, I sent the items back, but when I picked them up, I saw that 2 drawers of the backpack were open. Because the backpack was left with nothing except clothes, so nothing was lost -> no feedback, but the service is satisfactory. .The location says near the BTS, the maps say it's 700m away, but it's far away, and the road is difficult, located in a quite small alley, walking to the main road must be more than 1km.

2/5 ⭐️1 ⭐️ for the location, it was pretty central and everthing is easy to get by foot.Another ⭐️ for the service. Through our complaints the staff was very humble and tried their best to make us feel comfortable.Otherwise i have to say, that there is no way I want to revisit this hotel. The first 2 nights our room smelled like weed. We are non smoker and got health issues from the smell. After our complaints we were able to change our room, but the second room smelled after mold and sewerage, which came from the bathroom.

The room and toilet are quite big and the location is near to BTS. The staff are nice and polite too.But the toilet looks dirty because of the stains (after requesting to clean). The location here is a little dangerous for girls/ solo. There is a laundry room but don’t have laundry service 😅 Somemore the 1st day I stay suddenly no electricity in the midnight and the soundproof was weak that I can hear the argument outside.Lack of maintenance… quite a wasteTo me, for this price maybe I can have a better experience.

Advantages: It is about a 5-minute walk from the BTS station. It is located at the end of the alley without the noise of vehicles and people. The night market, massage shop, exchange station, wholesale market and shopping center are all very close. The room has plenty of hot water and the bed is easy to sleep on. The front desk staff were very nice, and it was obviously a Thai hotel, but the front desk didn't understand Thai and could only communicate in English, which was amazing. You need to pay a deposit of 1,000 baht in advance to check in. There is no water dispenser, there is a scale in the lobby for measuring, and luggage can be stored at the front desk.Disadvantages: The drainage in the bathroom is slightly poor. The sound of opening and closing doors in other rooms is very obvious. Room cleaning service requires informing the front desk before cleaning. There is a laundry room on the first floor but no washing machine can be used.

Horrible experience staying at this hotel, even though I extended it for 3 days, I was treated like a thief, a robber,Indeed, I was staying here with 2 people, coincidentally my brother was staying at the Tenstar, because I didn't like the room, I told him to stay here so he could have his friends too,I thought it was fine, but it turns out I was reprimanded and ordered to pay a large fine,I don't know the rules, he said because it took a long time to extend, he said he could, after he could, it turned out I was trapped in ordering him to pay double the fine, until I gave in, kept paying, was wishy-washy, he wouldn't return the 1000 bath deposit, and returned half of it so that I can pay for a grab back to the airportThe reception was arrogant, never smiled, was a dog, even argued with me several times, until he called the police because of this problem, I pray that your accommodation will be destroyed like thisI often stay in 3, 4 and 5 star hotels, which are fineSo I have an online member subscription.Bad service, small rooms, the elevator is broken, the wifi is slow, the bathroom is transparent, the shuttle doesn't work (they say it's just for display) it's terrible.....New hotel, broken service, cheap furniture, lots of errors... I swear this was a bad experience,Staying in a paid hotel is considered like a thief,...Even though I only saw the regulations last time, I still don't accept the treatment..
