My stay at K Garden Hotel, in partnership with Kamol Hospital, has been simply amazing! The service is exceptional, with 24-hour support that provided me with a great sense of security throughout my post-surgery recovery. The hotel has a fully equipped nursing station for dilations and wound care, performed by highly skilled and kind nurses, making all the difference in this delicate recovery process.Additionally, the hotel is perfect for those who need to keep up with work commitments. The internet is reliable, and the hotel provides a quiet, comfortable environment, making it ideal for home office tasks. The internet works very well, and the hotel offers a quiet and comfortable environment, perfect for a home office. The combination of hospital care and a welcoming environment make this an ideal place for recovery and rest, with all the necessary support.

The staff's response was heartwarming. There were a few times when I left my key card in the room and closed the door, but they responded with a smile and didn't show any offence. Having a dilation room was really helpful. There are restaurants and food stalls nearby, so I was able to enjoy Thai food. Gammon Hospital was also conveniently located a few minutes walk away. Many of the staff can speak English, which was great for those who can't speak Thai. I was very happy that undergoing gender reassignment surgery was stress-free. Thank you very much 😊

I stayed here for 3 months while having various surgeries at Kamol Hospital. Very comfortable rooms with great service (generally), however as a hotel owned by a cosmetic hospital, the internet is atrocious. Most of my recovery was spent trying to troubleshoot my connectivity or waiting for a video to buffer. Being on the opposite side of the world as my friends and family was extra difficult during recovery because connecting with them online was almost impossible unless I purchased a Data plan and used that as a hotspot. The rooms are outfitted with SOS buttons in case there is a complication from surgery, and during a panic attack in my first month I attempted to use one of the SOS buttons with no response. Two months later a front-desk employee came to my door because he noticed I had called for help. If there is an emergency you will not be helped unless you can get yourself to the lobby, or to the phone, which is not close to the beds. In my third month I had a tummy-tuck and thigh lift and was told to spend a lot of time in bed, so when the front desk called the room to ask if I wanted to change my breakfast I was often unable to get up and get to the phone in time to answer, and would strain myself for nothing. I once had three burned out bulbs changed in my room the day after I was discharged from those two surgeries, I responded to the knocks at my door with "One moment!" while trying to get out of bed and get dressed, and in that time the staff had used their keycards to open the door and saw me naked as I had yet to cover my breasts, getting dressed a day after being discharged from the hospital may take a moment, which I had verbally asked for. The hotel is owned by the hospital and there was 0 communication to hospital staff about which surgeries patients were recovering from and at what point they were in recovery. There are also laundry facilities on site, however there are 2 washers and 2 dryers and unless you're willing to stay up during the night, you will be competing for laundry time with every other person in the hotel as well as staff. The washers are close to the ground, so if you've had a surgery that prohibits bending or lifting you also won't be able to do any laundry. Housekeeping staff is 10/10, and are some of the friendliest people I've ever met. In terms of location, the area is beautiful and there's everything you need nearby, but if you're wanting to do anything in Bangkok you'll be facing a taxi ride that could be 30 minutes to an hour depending on what time of day it is. All-in-all I felt very at home here, but there were some unnecessary frustrations that I feel could be addressed to really make things as perfect as they can be.

I recently stayed at K Garden Serviced Apartment, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The apartment was not only modern and spacious, but it was also incredibly clean. The staff were able to speak English fluently, which made my stay even more enjoyable as I could easily communicate with them.The environment of the apartment was also very peaceful and serene, making it the perfect place to relax after a long/short surgeries period. I appreciated how well-maintained the building was and the attention to detail in keeping it spotless.Additionally, the staff at K Garden were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They were always available to assist with any queries or requests I had, making me feel well taken care of.I highly recommend K Garden Serviced Apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and peaceful place to stay after done with their surgery on the hospital 🏥, The combination of excellent service, modern facilities and a clean environment make it a top choice for any traveler.

The treatment you get here is adequate and genuine, especially for what's designed for. Great recovery spot.

As a hotel it's very well maintained, the staff are very helpful and it's a lovely place to be. It's purpose is a recovery apartment for which it is perfect. It's located a few minutes walk from the hospital and they offer rides too and from the hospital if you are struggling to walk because of surgery. Everywhere is air conditioned. There is a lovely dining area with pool table. There's a microwave, washing facilities for clothes, fridge and freezer in the apartment, hair drier, iron, etc. There is no kitchen to make your own food but really that is not required and food is so cheap and you can use the GRAB app to order anything you need within minutes.

(Please note that Durian & Cannabis are NOT permitted on the premises & will incur a fine of about $200 NZD so kindly keep those smelly things out of the apartments.)A paradise for trans healthcare friendship and relaxation!I am staying here recovering from top surgery alone (which was initially a daunting prospect) and have found that they took so much of the stress out of the entire process; from picking me up at the airport, to driving me to my hospital appointment at the equally amazing Kammol clinic they have just been absolute legends. Breakfast is delivered daily (remember to pre order at the desk) and is included- (I reccomend the chia seed puddings) they even deliver it directly to your door!Kammol apartments; being a place to recover from surgery take Covid precautions very seriously and have a quarantine program booklet fully explaining their quarantine procedures in the rooms for when/if that becomes relevant & it is very thorough - it was a huge relief to see that; as one of my anxieties about travelling from NZ has been risk of exposure, but they also take it seriously provide sanitiser, & clean the elevators and floors regularly so that's less of a concern. Rooms are also cleaned daily.They offer in house massage and treatments like hair and tattoo removal, have a recreation room with pool tables(though sadly my movement limits after top surgery currently mean I'm unable to use them but I can still wistfully gaze at them 😅), smart tvs in the rooms, WiFi , communal washers & dryers for those of us who prefer doing our own laundry, a beautifully maintained garden outside where many birds come to sing & kind thoughtful friendly staff who are as I said before absolute legends.Darcie their English rep and their front of house staff Rachel Bob & Mark & night staff Allen have gone above & beyond in their professionalism to make me feel welcome & comfortable during a very vulnerable time & I have felt so great here. I have met other trans people here too & it's so great to be able to make more trans friends abroad. I really feel blessed to have come here and I can't recccomend it highly enough.
