Very bad. I can't check in. I reserved a room and transferred money before going in. But when I got to the hotel Suspended from work and the hotel owner said The hotel has canceled reservations on the website for more than 2 days now. Will only accept cash for check-in at the hotel counter. And he told me there was nothing we could do about it. If the customer wants a refund Please contact the app that you reserved yourself. So why don't you just delete the reserved room or close the reservation? Why does it say there are 3 rooms left in the booking app? So I went in and made a reservation. Until now, I have not received a response from the AFL. When will I get my money back or how? It's really bad and a waste of time because I've come a long way. And came late at night and had to worry about looking for a new hotel. Until I slept until almost morning, how will OYo take responsibility for this situation? I'll get my money back. You should have coordinated sooner, not been silent like this.

Staying here feels bad. From the service of the auntie at the counter Talking makes you feel bad. You are told why the reservation is so cheap. The front price is more expensive than this. Auntie informed about 500 baht, but we booked through Agoda for just over 300 baht. When Auntie heard that, He immediately said that Today they don't accept reservations. This and that, we thought, if we don't accept reservations, why would we open on Agoda? And I was also told that I wanted to leave OYA very badly. This and that, but I'm under a contract so I can't leave. That's right, because the contract has to accept reservations from the website. If you really don't want to make a reservation, just put up a big sign in front of the entrance. People walking in will be able to see clearly. Not talking like this, disgusting!!!!

I don't have the words... it was just dirty, dirty, disgusting... I don't have the words to adequately describe it. The floor in the room was dirty. The toilet not clean. The bed sheet and duvet had stains. Horror hotel high 10. I would never go to this hotel again. Can't recommend it to anyone. It doesn't even deserve 1 star because there is nothing positive to report.

This hotel is very basic, but the people there are super nice and helpful. There is a retaurant at the hotel, the food is good, but other than that wifi is unreliable and it's right off a main road so there isn't much in walking distance. If you need somewhere to stay for just a couple nights this is an okay place to stay.

Contacted to request a refund 5 days ago and still haven't transferred the money back. The balance is less than 500.- baht. On the day of the card break, 13 baht will be deducted. Transfer the remaining amount. When I looked at the credit card slip, another four hundred baht had been deducted from the balance. So I made a request for a refund. Even though I brought the documents to prove. Well, the money actually went to the school... The employee said they would transfer it for 5 days and still haven't transferred it until their hands were cramped.
