BEWARE! All night 24 Manager was unprofessional and the television and phone were not working. I left after informing them that both were not working. Manager said he would have his staff try to fix it. I return an hour after checking in. Phone is not fixed and tv is not going to be fixed for 3-4 days from check-in period. I was checked-in for a maximum of 6 hours before asking for a checkout because of broken amenities and the lazy unprofessional staff. No compensation, no alternative resolution. The manager was resistant and denied being able to refund me via my Agoda booking, until I got upset and explained that I’ve had other hotels refund me in Thailand with no resistance if there was a clear issue. Manager extorted me by doing the refund on condition I pay 1 day overnight fee of 700 baht. No invoice was given. Agoda would not back me and help me to get the money I was scammed of because the management claims that all amenities were working and that I had used their hotel room so it would require a fee. They also said due to me not having proof of the tv or phone not working nor me giving the money that because the management denies all claims that they cannot step in to help as they consider it here say without evidence. The manager soon after taking my money decided to leave the premises. He was nowhere to be found when I left after repacking my luggage. I will never use Agoda and I strongly urge any person who reads this to not stay at this hotel.It is misrepresented in its advertising and photos.
