I just left on September 25. And haunted by old, dirty hotels. But I must say I am very satisfied with exo, the room is extremely clean and very new. Price is reasonable. Friendly staff will upgrade your room category if there is room available. Highly recommend, everyone. If I come back to Bangkok, I will stay here

You can rent a very nice and clean apartment like a hotel. Close to Yaowarat's Chinatown, it's super convenient for eating out both at night and in the morning!Moreover, there is a 7-Eleven and Starbucks on the first floor.The reception desk is on the 3rd floor and is hard to find, but there was a beautiful, cheerful transgender lady at the reception desk who could speak a little Japanese, and from the moment I checked in, I felt very welcome.However, the faucet in the bathroom was very low for some reason, so it was difficult to draw water. lol

Recommended, because the location is really close to everywhere, there's also a 7eleven downstairs so it's very practical. If you want to go to the Lisa Rockstar shooting location, just cross the road and it's really busy at night in Chinatown, the view in the afternoon is good too and it's suitable for Indonesians because the toilets have spray :)

The check-in counter is on the 3rd floor. The room looks new. I like that there are a lot of lights and it's bright. But there is a bit of a musty smell. Room walls are not soundproof. You can hear the television and chatter of the next room and from the central corridor. The mattress has not collapsed yet, sleeping comfortably, bedding is clean, there are only 2 pillows, there are only towels, no hair towels. But the television cannot watch free TV channels and there is no cable. The shower head in the bathroom has the wrong type of hose and is difficult to use. There are no disposable shower caps. There are no disposable toothbrushes. There was no cutlery. There was a hair dryer. The length that was repaired looked messy and dirty. The smell of the bathroom if you turn on the exhaust fan will not smell very good. There is a sink, microwave, and 2 sets of dishes and bowls. Good big refrigerator There is no tea, coffee in the room. The staff at the counter provide good service. The housekeeper cleans the room well. Fast check-in and check-out, convenient transportation, near MRT, near Dragon Temple, near food area.

Superb location!Stayed here for 4 nights, the apartment is right on top of 7-11 and Starbucks. It’s about 5 minutes of walking to the MRT Wat Mangkon Ex.3 and Chinatown. Convenient to transfer to the airport rail and BTS station (MRT - Sukhumvit to BTS -Asok).The apartment lobby was on the 3th floor. Room are pretty spacious. Slightly poor soundproofing, but not significant. The staff will clean the room every day. The staff was super friendly and sweet. They let me store my luggage in the counter.Easy to book grab.Will come back next time😊.

Very good location.Spacious rooms. AC cold. Soft mattress. The room is tight too. There are eating utensils so you can grab food.No deposit required. Just checked in and the room wasn't used at 2 o'clock.711 right under the hotel. Need to take the elevator to the hotel lobby on the 5th floor.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the smell was a little bad for a couple of hours initially, but after opening all windows, nothing smelled anymore. Spacious room for Asian people, there was room service as requested, location is top notch! 7Eleven nearby, about 3 minutes of walking to the MRT, and just more than 5 minutes of walking to Chinatown. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is next to the Dragon Temple. Convenient to travel, close to MRT Wat Mangkon, only 200 meters. Go to ask for blessings at Wat Mangkon. Then go up to the accommodation. It's very easy to come out at night to find food at Yaowarat. The room has a large-screen smart TV. Open Netflix and YouTube and watch it all the time. The wifi is very strong. I'm extremely impressed with this place. Have a chance to stop by and stay again.

We booked two different type of rooms, and they gave the same type. We contacted agoda, but agoda said that the hotel didnt reply. We confronted them for 5 days but they keep saying they will reach us but in the end they didnt. The room smell very bad, they didnt clean the room properly

SCAMMERS !!Booke a family suite through Agoda because deluxe room was sold out. Upon arrival we were shocked to be given a deluxe, although it was convenient because it was just the 2 of us, however they never issued a refund for the price difference.Ladyboy reception/manager didnt want to coorperate and asked to contact through Agoda to issue the refund.During my 5 night stay, Agoda apparently tried to get in touch with them for the refund however werent able to get through to the hotel. Upon check out, we asked them to confirm with Agoda about the refund and stupidly believed they would. Its been almost a week after staying there and Agoda still has no luck in contacting them, therefore i paid quite an expese to stay in a deluxe room.Seemed like the room across from us was the family suite as shown in their hotel layout, looked like ladyboy reception sold it to his/her friends because he/she was happily giggling escorting them into that room. We were never escorted btw, so its definitely not in their SOP.Room stinked, make up room was filthy, rude staff, zero amenities, noisy and can hear next door neighbor talking in clear words (not mumbling).Location was the highlight.
