I highly recommend this accommodation. The rooms are nice and very clean. The staff is lovely, they help you and make things easier at all times. Plus the breakfast is delicious. As for the location, I think it is excellent, the neighborhood offers many nice places to visit.

Used in August 2024.It's close to Chinatown and the prices are low.The room I used didn't have a TV and felt lonely.The toilet and shower were shared.The wash basin was also small.Breakfast was Thai food.

This quiet b&b is located in China Town. We arrived very early because we landed in Bangkok at 5.30 in the morning. Still, we were more than welcome. Okay, our room wasn't ready yet, but we got coffee and a snack. The room itself is very clean and there is free coffee, water and soft drinks.Breakfast was okay, coffee, fruit and rice. Typical Thai but more than okay!There are 3 very sweet, beautiful house cats, people with allergies should take this into account.

Cute and charming b&b in the heart of Bangkok. Great location close to chinatown and the art district. Great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We had a luxurious family style room equipped with all the standard amenities and much more! It was beautifully decorated with such thoughtfulness and very clean. The owners were quiet but very lovely and hospitable.

The location is very good, Chinatown and subway nearby. The host was clearly trying to take good care of us. The Thai breakfast was delicious. Something western was organized especially for the children. There is a refrigerator with snacks and water every day. It is possible to have your suitcases stored after checking out on the day of departure. Attention, you must not have an allergy to cat hair. Overall we were very happy with the accommodation.

Great hotel at great location and with the best bed we have slept during our three weeks in Thailand.The thai breakfast was also amazing!The host is a great person and very friendly. The decoration of the hotel and the rooms is very beautiful in a unique way.Stairs are a little steep, but we got help from the staff to lift our bags up.Would totally recommend and we will come back for sure if we ever visit Bangkok again.

Wonderful staff, a very warm welcome! Delicious and very filling breakfast, they served freshly prepared Thai dishes every morning, along with desserts wrapped in banana leaf. And to top it all off, a great location with quick access to street food, Chinatown, quirky bars and the subway station (and old train station). We really enjoyed our stay here!

The location was perfect, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and well organized, and there were many cats in the accommodation, which was nice. However, because it was located in the center of a busy Chinatown, it was very difficult due to the noise of motorcycles and tuk-tuks all day long. Nevertheless, the reason I want to visit this place again is probably because of the owner's consideration and kindness. It was really fun to have small conversations with them as they asked me about my worries about meals and where I was going and if I had any inconveniences. I was sick on the last day, so I had to extend my stay, but I was thankful that they made it cheaper so I had a great stay.

I really love this bed and breakfast. For one thing, it's really a true bed and breakfast with a seriously comfortable bed (remarkably so for Thailand) and an absolutely gigantic breakfast, made fresh every day -- with options for coffee or a lot of different teas. For another, it's in an absolutely great location, convenient to the Hua Lamphong train station and MRT, an easy walk to tons of great cafes and restaurants and lots of gorgeous temples and vibrant neighborhoods. And the staff is simply wonderful, radiating kindness and hospitality. If there's a vacancy, pounce.

There are not many hotels where you can come out the front door and have such a wide selection of aluminium, brass and ferrous stock so close and so affordable. Literally, you can walk 5 metres and get a brass bar, cut to your favourite length.
