nice location by the river.very quiet. no street noise.very good breakfast.Staff very friendly and helpful.We were able to check in at 9:30 and had a quick breakfast... at no extra charge! Goodwill? or forgotten? Good for us.Accessibility is very good.The shuttle boat goes to Sathorn Pier every half hour. From there take boats or the Skytrain. Really good😁.highly recommended.The last shuttle boat leaves for the hotel at 9:30 p.m. We never achieved that. 🤣But the 1.2 km walk is ok and doable. You can also prepare for it. Then you get to the hotel earlier.

The price including breakfast is very reasonable. However, the quality of the breakfast was disappointing. It was enough to fill the stomach, but the taste wasn't very good.I stayed for 2 nights and the room I was first assigned was on a low floor, so when I asked to change to a higher floor, the staff didn't look very good. Location is good. Overall, the value for money is excellent.

Hotel is amazing. Best view and amazing amazing staff. Especially Mr Supasoen Bell. He literally assisted us with everything. Super sweet and warm. Please ask for his assistance for everything you need. Thanks Mr Diesel :) Definitely going to stay here next time as well. Great location.

It's nice and friendly, but the location is a bit ambiguous and there's a constant sewer smell. Especially the gym is full of sewage smell, so I can't exercise. The rooms are dirty once in a while, and so is the swimming pool.

We stayed there 4 times and would definitely stay again. Very kind stuff, nice view, good breakfast and perfect located with shuttle service by boat. Lee love the view. Four years ago they served healthy drinks at breakfast start and also a special coffee which was the best coffee we ever had. We are sad that this is not existing anymore and you get a good standard coffee.Nevertheless we love this hotel and will stay there whenever we will be in Bangkok.

It is a 5-star hotel located on the Chao Phraya River and is a good hotel for families and friends to stay in one room. Stayed in a 2-room suite for 4 nights and 5 days.I was very grateful for the friendliness of the staff. It was also good to use public transportation. There is a shuttle boat from the hotel, so it was convenient to use the BTS after moving to Shaton. Also, the shuttle boat also runs to Icon Siam, so it was convenient. There is no inconvenience in traveling to tourist attractions such as Wat Arun Palace by using a water boat from Shaton. Also, it is on the first floor of the hotel. There was Starbucks and 711 so it was very convenient. However, there is an international school across from the hotel, so it gets very crowded in the morning. If you plan to move in the morning, we recommend checking these points in advance and moving at least an hour early.There are good massages and restaurants nearby, about a 10-minute walk away.

The staff are very friendly. The hotel's boat shuttle runs every 30 minutes to Sathorn Pier and runs to Icon Siam at 12:00, 15:00, 18:00, and 21:00.Smoking is allowed near the shuttle boat area.I made a reservation for a suite room, but couldn't use the lounge because the schedule didn't match 😭However, the breakfast was delicious and very good.This is a place I want to go again
