The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is prefect for quiet stay away from the busy city center. There's ample parking and very suitable for our Thailand road trip adventure. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy.

The interior, which Koreans like, was clean and the service was good.

Frankly speaking, the hotel is clean, tidy, quiet, everything is equipped in the room, and it is close to the airport...and the best thing about the hotel’s security system is that you can only enter with a card. This is a rare feature that some hotels get...and the reception staff were not very cooperative with me...I lost my wallet in the taxi and I spoke to them and contacted him until he got it to the hotel... But a little far from the city center

Complain :1. Welcoming- Female employees' behavior and speech are very impolite.- Female employees Laughing at customers- Please turn off the air conditioning in the room. without the customer's consent While going out to do business for the housekeeper to clean Came back into the room, very hot. And for a long time the room temperature will cool down.- Please turn off the lights in the room (to save money, it's understandable)- The employee claimed that it was an order from the hotel owner.2. Maid- Tea and coffee refills are not available every day.- No service to refill toiletries every day.- No service for refilling toilet paper. Customers have to call and make requests almost every day.- Do not change pillowcases, sheets, blankets for customers.- Cleaning is not clean, dust floats into the room.- Throw hair into the toilet bowl. without pressing to pay Customers saw it 3 days in a row.- After cleaning is complete The customer found hair on the floor of the room.- Impolite verbs, no service mind- Loud noise, disturbing customers and residents3. Restaurant- The staff taking orders are rude.- No Service Mind- The order taker informed that the management has ordered not to wrap breakfast for customers (Non-Take​ Home) which customers are not comfortable eating in the restaurant. And even before (from last year) until now, 26.06.2024, customers come to stay every month. One week per month+ Customers can take home at any time by asking the staff at both the reception and restaurant first. Received an answer that there is a Take Home service until 27.06.2024. The customer asked the front desk. The male employee informed me that he was able to take home. But the female employee informed her that she didn't know what Non-Take Home was.- The employee claimed that there was an order from the management to do so.- But the hotel staff can go back and take home. Good logic, good welfare. You can take food prepared for customers to eat, including food, fruit, and drinks, walking out of the restaurant. Every day- Customers reserve a room + breakfast Pay the full cost for 2 people/room but give breakfast to customers in one place. It's very inappropriate. Another set of breakfast in every room of a customer who comes alone but pays the full price. Where are you going? Corruption or not? The real owner should urgently investigate.P.S. Customers pay the full room fee every day. Customers should receive full service, fully, willingly, and have a good Service Mind with customers as well. Toxic employees have this kind of attitude and mindset that should not exist in the organization. It will damage the hotel's image/reputation.

The hotel itself is in a not crowded alley. Nearby there is a 7-11, convenient to order food to eat. The room is clean and comfortable. A fitness center is available on the 2nd floor. I like it. In the room, there are drinks in the small refrigerator but they charge a fee. There is a kettle and Mama cups for you. But Mama Cup is expensive. I'd recommend ordering from 7-11.

There's nothing around. The breakfast isn't that great either. I can’t walk to the convenience store.

Good facility clean

Its in the mid point between city centre and airport. Around 20mins ride to siam and so as to airport. Walking distance to a CENTRAL plaza. Around 12-15mins ride to few local big shopping centre. …

Great experience at the Orion Hotel... Friendly Staff, the place and the rooms are amazing and clean. The breakfast is available for 150baht and it's delicious. There is a pool and a small fitness room to enjoy your stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again 🙏🏾
