Staff service is greatThe location is very good. There is a wholesale market downstairs and there is a morning market in two minutes' walk. The pig's trotter rice is delicious.Old hotel, partially renovated. It's basically clean, but the bed is old and has a dent in the middle. I couldn't sleep well for four nights.Coffee welcome drink provided

This hotel is NOT NEWLY BUILT as claimed on Agoda. The same building was previously called Hotel Vista Express, and they are still using the old floor mats with the Hotel Vista Express logo visible. The entire building is old and moldy, with mold present on the walls, floors, and shower walls, resulting in a pervasive moldy smell in the room. The pillow STINKS—it smelled as if thousands of people had used it, with a strong odor of hair grease. The building is so outdated that on my second night (I booked for 3 nights), the air conditioning for the entire building failed, and the hotel staff couldn't fix it. They refunded us for the night and offered to let us stay if we were willing to sleep without air conditioning or with the windows open, but they didn't offer to move us to a different hotel. Additionally, the lights on my floor went out temporarily, likely due to attempts to fix the air conditioning or other wiring issues. I immediately checked out and booked a different hotel. Although the location is strategic, being inside a market means encountering a variety of people, including beggars who would stick their bowls in front of you and stare into your eyes asking for money. I encountered these beggars almost every time I went out. The hotel staff's attitude was generally okay, but the facilities are extremely old, and the area is quite shady. I’d recommend choosing a more expensive hotel if you want to stay in this area.
