Nice family cafe and hotel. We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we went here for dinner. Selection of dishes and European and local cuisine. It was delicious. There is non-alcoholic beer, which is nice. I recommend visiting. Tom yam, if you are not afraid, try it. Payment by visa card or cash. Prices are moderate. You can take it out, order it with you and they will prepare a bag for you

I am currently staying at this hotel. I’ve been living for more than a week, I’ve already been to Thailand before, so I have something to compare with. The room itself is excellent, the bed is good, the mattress is moderately hard. Suitable for my bad back. The room is cleaned every day and two bottles of water are always provided. They clean very well, there is no dust anywhere. All the sand that I bring in from the beach in the evenings disappears the next day after cleaning. The bathroom is also clean, towels are changed daily. The TV is old, they didn't even turn it on. From the balcony you can clearly see the beach and the sea. The closest hotel to the sea at this price. I think Beyond is better priced, but it is noisy and big. This hotel is small, family business. The only negative for me is that they charge a 3% commission when paying by card, although I ordered through Booking

A small family hotel where the service creates a natural comfortable atmosphere; not being too pompous and stiff. Clean and therefore very warm + and the southern end of Kata Beach at a distance of 50 meters - what more could you wish for.If anything, something a little extra for breakfast... as a man, maybe bacon... 😁we are already going again ♥️

Really nice hotel, with an absolutely fantastic location, right by the beach in Kata.The staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful and pleasant.The rooms are large, but seem a bit worn.All in all, a really nice hotel that I can highly recommend.

Extremely close to the beach. Spacious rooms. Unfortunately, one entire wall is window that sounds like you’re sleeping in the middle of the busy street (we even had a top floor). Don’t expect to be moved to the quiet side - when we asked they didn’t have one available on that side for several days. The curtain is also thin so it gets incredibly bright as soon as the sun rises. The beds need replaced - they have toppers on them but you can still feel some of the springs. The AC takes hours to cool the room and the process starts over every time you enter as the key is what turns the AC on. Even after hours it never gets anywhere close to the temperature you set it at. The water pressure in the shower is very low. Swimming pool is nice and deep but very small.

Cool hotel, located literally on Kata Beach, you don’t even have to cross the road. The service staff was very friendly, they gave us a kettle and allowed us to stay in the hotel until we left for the airport.

I am writing specifically about the restaurant. We ate here twice, 5 days apart. During this time we managed to eat in many other places, including establishments from the Michelin guide. So the food that the local woman cooks is not inferior at all, but rather even better! Tom yum, papaya salad, fried rice, glass noodles - everything is gorgeous and very tasty! And it is prepared in the moment by one person. This is both a plus and a minus. On the one hand, you are confident in the quality, on the other, the process of preparing dishes is drawn out, and they are served in the most random order. The rest of the family (and it seems to me that they are all family here) are not allowed into the kitchen; at most they carry out menus, bring and take away plates. The rest of the time they chat or on the phone.
