Good hidden location in the middle of Sukhumvit. Approximately 10-15 minutes walk from BTS Asok Station / main road. Unfortunately, the hotel fit out is dated and not maintained properly. But expected for the money paid. Clean bed with basic cleaning for the room. But that’s it. They charge extra for additional blankets and pillows. 500 THB refundable deposit required. CS is passible and only bare minimum.Internet service is intermittent and not available 24/7. Had drop out issue when I was there. AC is extremely noisy and my room has an electricity transformer right outside the window. Luckily, I only booked for 2 nights. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. It has potentials but unrealised with outdated fitout, amenities and below average customer service.

Place has alot of mosquitoes and when i checked in and open the room i saw mouse inside the room and hiding under the bed so decided to checkout right away . And i left one of my luggage they said they didn’t see it . Worst hotel

This was by far the worst hotel I had ever booked. I had room 206, the walls were totally dirty, the garden slot was missing the cover, the safe was also missing, the air conditioning was so loud that it had to be turned off at night otherwise I wouldn't have a wink The bathroom is in a miserable condition, the joints are totally dirty and moldy, the toilet flush is leaking and doesn't work properly, and the floor is constantly wet, no television reception, the view from the window showed a ruin behind it, a construction site, the only thing that was appealing was the facade

The receptionist or counter doesn't give advice or service to customers. It's okay. Pass.As soon as you enter the room, the old room is acceptable (worth the price). Less than 1000) but not very clean, like it hasn't been cleaned, the air conditioner is loud, the hot water doesn't work. ~~In the room before the new guest c/i or the previous person c/o, I'm not sure if I cleaned the room first. Old garbage is still in the room. 1 more pass.When c/o the employee.. should have asked us if it was c/o today, right? But he probably spoke in a local dialect, with a southern accent, if I guessed correctly. (But I'm not sure. Sorry if I misunderstood the accent. But it's not common language.) I listened to it several times and didn't understand. So I called another person to come along. What did he say? In conclusion, he asked if it was c/o today, so I told him yes. When it came to c/o, I handed over the room key and said it was c/o, and then went to sit and wait at the counter for a while. Waited and he was quiet, so I went in and asked if it was already ready. Because he also has to return the security deposit to us. So he answered, yes. Ready to refund the security deposit (considered waiting for a long time It's already replaced. I won't inform you. Waiting for us to walk in and ask.) There were no customers at c/o.I recommend you to find accommodation elsewhere.

We licked the location. We licked it so much. We walked up and down street and always ladies are so friendly. So we licked the ladies too. Vely nice.

The room is old, shabby, the hot water is not warm, there are a lot of mosquitoes, you can hear the construction noise so loud you can't sleep. Air conditioning system turns off every 30 minutes.

My experience at Zen was less than ideal. Firstly, they couldn’t find my booking but eventually found it. The first attendant was very nice and kind. Su told me that the next day there would be a male staff to help me bring up my luggage as they had no elevator. However, when given the first key the room hadn’t been cleaned, reeked of cigarettes and it seem like a guest might have still been in the bathroom. The next day, the daytime front desk lady was very rude and unhelpful and seemed like she had no interest and was lazy to find a solution. I had to wander on the street for a. Kind motorbike taxi guy and pay him to help me. I couldn’t carry it myself because of a shoulder injury.. it’s a charming hidden place but unfortunately, the staff needs better customer service training especially the daytime staff who is rude and seems lazy to help. Sorely dissapointed.
